Excavation in trenches, not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil for taking out and laying of cables etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soft/ loose soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Horizontal boring for passing GI protection pipe up to 100 mm bore (dia), under road/ foot path, not exc. 10.00 metre in a single length, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning (dry) in trenches for protection of UG cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid in trenches) of 230mm spread thickness and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : For the purpose of payment, punned thickness of sand cushioning only shall be measured and paid for).

Taking down/out unserviceable or serviceable LT UG cables of nominal cross sectional area 35 Sqmm 3.5 core and connections including bricks, GI Pipes, etc. of any descriptions, laid in trenches and/ or fixing with walls/ poles including segregating of serviceable materials viz bricks, cables, GI pipes, etc. and keep in safe custody for re-use, complete all as directed.

All as per serial item No.6 here-in-before, but nominal cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 4 Core.

All as per serial item No.6 here-in-before, but nominal cross sectional 16 Sqmm 4 Core.

Material and labour for sub class 'B' brick, well burnt, laid breadth-wise along the axis of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection, complete all as specified and directed.

Re-laying only old brick in trenches for under ground cable protection (Serviceable materials obtained from Item Nos 6 to 9 here-in-before), complete all as directed.

Material and labour for cutting the road/ hard standing and making good disturbed surfaces by using PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for fixing of pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down/ out unserviceable GI/ HDPE/ Polyethylene flexible pipes of any descriptions, laid in trenches and/ or fixing with walls/ poles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, galvanised iron pipe 50mm bore (dia) ‘light grade’ for protection of UG cable, laid in floors/ road crossing, fixing to pole with mild steel clamps, nuts, bolts, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, galvanised iron pipe 40mm bore (dia) ‘light grade’ for protection of UG cable, laid in floors/ road crossing, fixing to pole with mild steel clamps, nuts, bolts, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, galvanised iron pipe 32mm bore (dia) ‘light grade’ for protection of UG cable, laid in floors/ road crossing, fixing to pole with mild steel clamps, nuts, bolts, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, straight through (heat shrink) cable joint kit including jointing materials for making joints of UG electric cable 1100 volt grade heavy duty with PVC/ XLPE insulated aluminium stranded conductor,nNominal cross-sectional area exc. 25 Sqmm but not exc. 50 Sqmm, 3.5/ 4 core including testing, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, street light bracket (suitable for fluorescent/ sodium vapour/ mercury vapour fittings upto 1.5 metre made out of GI pipe of light grade 40 mm dia in proper shaped, bended, threaded and drilling holes for wire entry and MS clamp of suitable size in proper shape and designed including taking down old corroded one complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, street light bracket (suitable for fluorescent/ sodium vapour/ mercury vapour fittings upto 1.5 metre made out of GI pipe of light grade 25 mm dia in proper shaped, bended, threaded and drilling holes for wire entry and MS clamp of suitable size in proper shape and designed including taking down old corroded one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying PVC insulated FR PVC sheathed, copper conductor (flexible) industrial cable, 1100 volt grade, conforming to IS 694 electric control cable, cross sectional area 1.50 sqmm 3 core including taking down unserviceable cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, cable junction box 155X210X92 mm in size, made out of thermoplastic sheet having IP 66/69 protection for outdoor installation fixed with 4 way bakelite cable terminals including 03 Nos polymide gland with check nut (M-32 - 2 nos) fixed on poles with flat aluminium strip clamps of size 25x3mm, nuts, bolts, washers etc. including taking out of old unserviceable cable junction box, complete all as specified and directed. Make : Cat No. DK 1616 G of HENSEL or equivalent model in SPELSBERG/RITTAL/SINTEX.

Supply and fix in replacement of decorative LED post top 40 watt fittings IP-65 protection including with all accessories complete along with GI pipe of 40mm dia (light grade) of 0.5m length shall be fixed on the post top lantern including all necessary PCC works including taking down old unserviceable light fittings, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Crompton (Cat No. LPTO-40-CDL) or equivalent model of make as specified in PS.

Supply and fix in replacement garden light fitting with inverted pyramid tripod type LED bollard with soft 360 degree light 10 watts including foundation for the fittings of sizes 250 X 250 X 450 mm with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), after taking down old unserviceable light fittings, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Crompton (Cat No. LBLSN-10-CDL) or equivalent model of make as specified in PS.

Supply and fix in replacement street light LED luminaries with low wattages with pressure die cast housing with heat resistant toughened glass and high power LEDs with secondary optics with IP- 66 protection of capacity 30 watts including taking down old unserviceable light fittings, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Crompton (Cat No. LSTS-30-CDL-M) or equivalent model of make as specified in PS.

Supply and fix in replacement street light LED luminaries with low wattages with pressure die cast housing with heat resistant toughened glass and high power LEDs with secondary optics with IP- 66 protection of capacity 45 watts including taking down old unserviceable light fittings, complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Crompton (Cat No. TRP-409-45-57-SL-GL-NSG) or equivalent model of make as specified in PS.

Supply and fix in replacement street light LED luminaries with low wattages with pressure die cast housing with heat resistant toughened glass and high power LEDs with secondary optics with IP- 66 protection of capacity 60 watts including 10 KV SPD, after taking down old unserviceable light fittings complete all as specified and directed. Make : Crompton (Cat No.- TRP-409-60-57-SL-GL-NSG) or equivalent model of make as specified in PS.

Supply and fix in replacement street light LED luminaries with low wattages with pressure die cast housing with heat resistant toughened glass and high power LEDs with secondary optics with IP- 66 protection of capacity 70 watts including 10 KV SPD, after taking down old unserviceable light fittings complete all specified and directed. Make: Crompton (Cat No. TRP-409-70-57-SL-GL-NSG) or equivalent model of make as specified in PS.

Supply and fix for in repair for, 120 watt LED ( CCT 5700 - 6500 K), cradle/ surface mounted flood light made of aluminium die cast housing with power coating, having excellent thermal management along with IP 66 protection with clamp as per site requirment with efficiency of 110 lm/W and lumen output of >= 11000 lumen, complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Crompton (Cat No.- TFS-504-120-57-60D-HL2-GL-NSG) or equivalent model of make as specified in PS.

Supply and fix in repairs for, 150 watt LED ( CCT 5700 - 6500 K ), cradle/ surface mounted flood light made of aluminium die cast housing with power coating, having excellent thermal management along with IP 66 protection with clamp as per site requirment with efficiency of 110 lm/W and lumen output of >= 11000 lumen, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Crompton (Cat No.- CFS-501-150-57-60D-SL-GL-NGG) or equivalent model of make as specified in PS.

Supply and fix in repairs for, 200 watt LED ( CCT 5700 - 6500 K ), cradle/ surface mounted flood light made of aluminium die case housing with power coating, having excellent thermal management along with IP 66 protection with clamp as per site requirment with efficiency of 110 lm/W and lumen output of >= 11000 lumen, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Crompton (Cat No. CFS-501-200-57-60D-SL-GL-NGG) or equivalent model of make as specified in PS. NOTES: (i) Cost of necessary T&P items shall be deeemed to be included in the quoted rate (ii) The hanger/ sunselter/ REV/ height may vary from 12m to 22m, the same shall be kept in mind before quoting rates. (iii) Cost up to 1.0m of 3 core wire for connection is included in the quoted rate. (iv) Cost of necessary fitting and fixtures including clamps for surface mounting shall be included in the quoted rate. (v) If the clamp is not provided in the given make, it shall be the responsibility of the contractor to provide the same and the cost for the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (vi) All the LED fixtures shall be warrented for a period of 2 Years against serviceability/ Performance. (vii) SAFETY: As the work has to be executed at height of more than 10m, the contractor shall take all necessary precautions while execution and shall provide safety equipments to the labour.

Supply and fix in repairs for, time switches electro mechanical, daily programmed with battery backup (analogue type), complete all as specified and directed. Make : ABB / Legrand/ L&T as approved.

Supply and fix in replacement of contactor of capacity 40 Amps, 3 Pole, 415 Volt, AC rating 3, type MNX 40 including auxiliary contact block NO & NC. Make : L&T/ C&S/ Legrand as approved.

Material and labour for, MCB, 4 pole type, 63 Amps current capacity, 10 KA breaking capacity, 'C'c series and 415 volts including taking down old existing unserviceable MCB, complete all as specified and directed. Make: L&T/ Legrand/ ABB/ siemens.

Material and labour for, earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge earth plate at a depth not less than 1.50 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanised steel earth lead strips of size 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised steel and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 54cm x 54cm x 5cm reinforced with 8mm dia. TMT bars @150mm centre to centre both ways, with one handle for lifting made out of 10mm dia MS round bar, provision of funnel, wire mesh, 20mm bore galvanised steel tubing (medium grade) for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers, 40mm bore galvanised steel tubing light grade for protection of earth lead connection, necessar excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified and indicated on electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I (2009) including testing on completion and taking down old unserviceable earthing. (Note: GI earth strp and protection pipe upto 7.5metres shall be deemed to be included in unit quoted rate).

Material and labour for, repair/ maintenance of high Mast light after taking down, removing all the serviceable fittings for refixing after replacement of worn out and unserviceble rope, chain, gear, Jubli clamp, cable connector etc. including servicing oiling greasing of motor, chain, gear re-installation of the complete High Mast, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Supply only rope of 6/19 mm dia stainless steel complete all as specified.

Supply only for, stainless steel Gear( 2" & 4" , 02 Nos smaller and 02 Nos larger), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only for, chain suitable for High Mastl light complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully defective winch motor, 3 Phase, capacity 1.0 HP, from existing High Mast light system, dismantling of parts, removing burnt out windings with insulating materials, rewinding motor with super enamelled copper wires of existing size including provision of all insulating materials and varnishing, lubrication of bearing/ bushes using fresh lubricant all as per OEMs recommendations, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs for, integral LED aviation light comprising of aluminium housing with poly-carbonate encloseure 302 Nos LED are provided, complete all as specifgied and directed. Make: Bajaj BGAV 302 LED or equivalent model in crompton Greaves/ Phillips/ Wipro.

Repair of unserviceble LED Light on the pole/ building/ watch tower/ sunshelter by refreshing of connection, changing of connector, changing of wire, tighting of wire on ACSR conducto etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note:(i) Cost of connector and suitable size of Copper/ aluminium wire up to 1.5 metres shall be measured in quoted rate. (ii) Supervisor shall take complain from power house on daily basis.

Disconnecting/ taking down unserviceable street/ perimeter/ security roadway/ Mast light fittings from pole/ structure and repair/ replacement of worn out wirings, connector, cleaning of fittings, cover, replacement of driver etc. and re-assembling the same after repair, testing and refixing in original position and reconnecting with existing/ new electrical line (for new cable required will be measured and paid separetaly under respective items), complete all as directed. Note: (i) Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items here-in-after. (ii) Cost of T&P item shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

The panel to be fitted on MS angle frame of size 50x50x5mm with a height of 0.5 metre including PCC foundation (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), including painting to all, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, scrapping the existing surfaces of LT steel tubular poles, type 410 SP-31 (9.0 meters long) including cross arms, bracings, clamps etc and applying one coat of aluminum paint including 1.5m from GL to be painted by two coats of 1st quality black synthetic enamel paint with multi colour strips as directed including writing of pole number by black paint complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: As the work pertains to painting of poles, it is the responsibility of the contractor to ensure proper shut down before engaging the labours on the poles. The contractor will take proper shut down in writing duly signed by JE in charge on each day/ occasion.

Repairing of electric pole coping by dismantling of PCC, welding of electric pole by using three Nos. angle of 500 mm length and size 40 x 5 mm around the pole including applying two coats of black colour synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and making the coping of size 450 mm x 450 mm x 450 mm with suitable slop with PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specifed and directed.
