DFCCIL reserves the right to place order for entire/bulk quantity on RDSO approved firms for these items, approved for PP-CP container. The approval status of the tenderer will be reckoned as on the date of opening of the E-tender and not thereafter. However, in case of downgrading/removal/suspension/banning after opening of E-tender, such changes shall be taken into account while considering the offers.
