Fixed item Highly skilled graduate supervisor with qualifications as detailed in SCC. Responsibilities and roles as detailed in SCC. Percentage quoted is not applicable on this item.

Fixed item Mobilization and deployment of Diplomo Engineers Skilled in Main or Mini QRT teams for OM Activities in Mainline. Measu rement will be based on No. of Man deployed in a month. In case of absence of Engineer, alternate relieving Engineer to be provided as per direction of IOC. The deployment of Engineers will be as per requirement and direction of IOC which may increase or decrease. Class B Rate Quoted by the Bidder is not applicable on this item

"Fixed item Major and Breakdown maintenance of IOCL vehicles, Fastag toll charges, Consumbles and Major Breakdown maintenance DG at RCPMOVs 1.Repairs of IOCL owned vehicles in case of major breakdown of MOSRU and Fire tender except regular maintenance like greasing, Air refilling. 2.Fastag amounts for Vehicles employed under the contract including IOCL owned vehicles, 3.Any consumbales for RCP maintenance. 4. Yearly emission Noise test of RCP DG sets, battery replacement whenever required and breakdown maintenance. Major Breakdown main tenance of DG, 5. Schedule maintenance of IOCL Owned vehicles MOSRU and Fire Tender from Vehicle Manufacturer authorized agencies 6. Any other works instructed by EIC . SIC to take permission from EIC The amount will be reimbursed after submission of bills along expenses invoices as per actual. The bills will be cross verified and EIC decision will be final for reimbursement."
