Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floors roofs, landing and the like.

Providing and Fixing CI Rungs complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and as per directions and satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and Fixing of Precast SFRC Manhole cover having size 560mm intenal dia (MEDIUM DUTY) IS 12592:2000 complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and as per directions and satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

2nd class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortor 1:6(1 cement 6 sand ) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and as per directions and satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

20mm thick cement plaster in two coat of rough sides of bricks/concrete stone wall for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles chamber and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in Cement mortar 1:6(1 cement: 6 sand) complete in all leads and lift as specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning R.C.C. Circular Flushing Storage Tanks Flat Roof Type as per capacity given below at various stages/sites including excavation in all kinds and types of strata, soil strata including dewatering in M30 design mix in foundation, walls, bottom slab , roof slab/flat with smooth finishing in 1:3 inside the tank, all alied Civil Works, Site development, cutting/excavation in all kinds of soils, C/o PCC/RCC Retaining walls, Breast walls, refilling and disposing of surplus stuff with in all leads and lifts, labour and material charges. The job also includes such as MS outside ventilator with mosquito proof wire mesh, complete ,SFRC manhole covers including frames and covers (medium duty) with proper locking arrangement water level indicator, RCC frames for all valves ventilating shafts shall also be provided including all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness all works shall be conforming to relevant IS code with all latest revisions. The rates quoted by the contractor shall be for the complete work. All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account. The work shall include supplying of Five sets of structural design after testing the bearing capcity of soil and drawings, etc complete as directed by engineer in charge as per relevent data sheet and scope of work.
