Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30cm in depth but exceeding on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth as directed by Engineer-in- Charge:All kinds of soil. including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:5:10 (1 Cement : 5 coarse sand) : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to all level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers with water proof ply 12 mm thick.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and including binding wire all complete above plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to all floor level in all shapes and sizes in :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level, including leveling up with cement concrete1:6:12 (1cement :6 coarse sand :12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at window sills, ceiling level and the like.Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Stone soling properly hand packed filling interstices with spalls and consolidating with hand ramming to therequired level including spreading watering and ramming etc. complete as per HP.PWD specification. 100 mm spread thickness (finished work including materials and labour) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.
