SCHEDULE 'A' PART II A (INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION) M&L for Point Wiring for one light Point/one fan point/ one call bell point, controlled by one switch with 1100 volts grade single core conforming to (IS:694 /1990) PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH) with contineous earth wire of 1.5 Sqmm stranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH) PVC insulated unsheathed , drawn in and including concealed PVC conduit ,duly concealed to wall/floor or above false ceiling with fittings(ISI marked) not less than 20 mm dia (Color coding of wires shall be Phase, neutral and earth wire all as specified ) sunk Metal flush box with and incl decorative polycarbonate frame for housing Modular Switches, sockets , fan regulators etc including white cover cover plate complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Cost of cutting chases of suitable girth where required on brick /concrete surface and making good disturbed surface shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates (ii) If the contractor fail to make good the disturbed surface of wall/floor etc and do not match with the existing surface of wall/floor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge a recovery @ of Rs. 50/- per RM will be made from payment due to the Contractor. In case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer will be final and binding.

S&F sub main wiring two single core 4 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable ( FRLSH ) 1100Volts grade drawn in & including rigid PVC conduit 20mm dia or more medium grade surface/ concealed in wall as per existing along with 4.00 Sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable (FRLSH ) as earth wire and wire connected with main earth dolly including cutting chasing and making good disturbed portion all as specified and as directed Note:- Two runs of multi stranded copper conductor cable and one run of earth wire including PVC conduit will be measured as a one length/ unit.

Note : (i) the firm has to give warranty for street light fittings including driver minimum for 03 years for any defects developed during the period. (ii) The contractor shall submit the third party LM 79 report from any NABL approved laboratory. (iii) The fitting should have BIS.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground. ( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr depth below ground level at any type of strata ) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level connected by 4 mm GI wire as earth lead by means of brass nuts and bolt,thimbles check nuts, washers including concrete chamber of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with fair finish, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given internal dia 300mm x300mm, 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 funnel with wire mesh, RCC pit cover of 320x320x80mm size (1:2:4) Type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate rainforced with XPM and charcoal, dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-1(2009) and specified including and provision of GI wire upto 7.5 mtrs long with 15 mm dia light grade Gi pipe protection and watering pipe of GI 20 mm bore, medium grade, including all exavation and earth work and connecting the earthing strip to panel, including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC(1:2:4) type B1, 80mm thick rainforced with XPM weighting not less than 4kg/sqm in lieu of CI cover. (ii) Cost of additional GI wire more than 7.5 mtrs will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.
