Material and Labour for APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm, 3mm thick reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than 150 gm/sqm having softening point not less than 1400 C, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 300 N/sq cm, tearing strength of 100Nm, by torch application with minimum 10cm side lap and 15 cm end laps over a coat of bitumen primer @0.20 Kg / Sqm and applying a coat of blown grade bitumen 90/15 over the membrane @1.20 Kg/Sqm and finishing with solar reflective aluminum paint applied @0.10 Kg / sqm including taking down of the existing roof treatment, cleaning the cement concrete roof surface free from dirt, dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry @3kg/Sqm complete and applying 10 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 with WPC before the application of roof treatment complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for hydraulically pressed burnt clay tiles plain of size 200x200x20/19mm thick or 230x230 machine made laid over 15mm thick cement mortar screed in CM 1:6 and jointed and pointed with CM 1:3 mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement , over 150 micron polythene film (1410 Gms/10Sqm),( joints and overlaps sealed with cold bitumen) laid over a tack coat of blown grade bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm including one coat of bituminous primer @ 0.70 Kg/Sqm over 10mm thick cement plaster 1:3 with WPC, including the taking down of the existing concrete / concrete surface and cleaning the existing cement concrete roof surface free from dirt, dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry @3kg/sqm completed all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for cement concrete tiles 20cmx20cmx20mm thick, machine pressed set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor/roof and pointed with white cement and pigment etc., all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fiber pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, incl cover fillets.

Supply & Fix Aluminum snap grid false ceiling of standard aluminum section such as wall angle of size 38mmx 25mmx 2.4mm weighing 0.36 kg/Rm main/cross ties of size 36.5mmx25mmx1.4mm weighing 0.24kg/Rm grid size n exc 610x610mm suspended with 4mm dia GI wire at inter wall n exc 600mm c/c for cross and main tees fixed to roof slab/roof truss fixed with suitable size hooks of MS and fastening bolts etc including E board classic 4mm thick oceanic sheet of size n exc 610x610mm fixed in ceiling with clips to snap grid incl preparation of new surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated , semi corrugated,etc.) sheets in roof covering.

Material and Labour for 6mm thick asbestos cement corrugated sheets in roof fixed with J bolts.

Material and Labour for 6mm thick asbestos cement serrated ridge for corrugated sheets fixed with 'J' bolts.

Supply & Fix pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength 550 mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength 550 mpa as in ridges, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor & paving not exceeding 15 cm thick below or above ground level.

Material and Labour PCC 1:2:4, 40 mm thick, type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor completed all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 20mm thick cement mortar (1:6) in floor.

Material and labour for non skid coloured tiles area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floor jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match and completed all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair vitreous china wash down water closet pan pedestal pattern white complete (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length, laid in trenches or in floors / fixed to walls.

Supply & Fix 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length fixed to walls / floors.

Material and Labour PVC(SWR) floor trap, 75mm dia outlet, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement.

Taking down PVC SWR / rainwater pipes (any size or pattern) incl all fittings, heads shoes, bends, swan necks, etc., incl cleaning or refixing or removal to store.

Supply & Fix PVC (SWR) bends any radius, 75mm bore, fitted with oval access door.

Supply & Fix 75mm bore PVC (SWR) junction, single (single T) equal or unequal, fitted with oval access door.

Materials and labour for rendering of 15mm thick with cement mortar 1:4 on floor including of water proofing compound and including taking down from the existing concrete / concrete surface all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for bitumen blown any grade, applied hot, two coat, to concrete surface at the rate of 1.5kg per sqm per coat all as specified and directed.
