Copper Refrigerant piping package/VRV/VRF/RAC system Complete with fittings, with adjustable ring type hanger Supports, jointing/brazing including accessories, insulated With XLPE class O tubular insulation/with Class-0 closed Cell elastomeric nitrile rubber tubular sleeves sections of Specified thickness as given below for suction and liquid inls, all accessories as per specification etc. as required. 5/8" (15.88 mm) dia. Supply of Air cooled VRF top discharge type Outdoor Unit each comprising of variable speed all inverter controlled scroll compressor, air cooled copper condensor with protective coated fins, mounting frame, micro processor control panel and other standard accessories according to OEM standard. The unit shall be suitable for operation with R-410A refrigerant. Minimum EER at 100% load & at minimum 48 degree centigrade ambient condition should not be less than 10 (Ashree standard table 6.8.1 L). The outdoor unit should either be a single module or combination of mutiple modules and each of the module should contain multiple variable speed inveter type scroll compressors. The rate is inclusive of anti vibration foot pad, Y conectors at ODU side if any. (Make : Mitsubishi/ Blue Star/ Hitachi/ Toshiba/ Carrier). Hitachi-RAS-180HNCCLI as per choice of EIC. ----18 HP

Supplty, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of VRF Indoor Units & accessories: (Make Similar to the make of VRF ODU unit) 11.2 KW cooling capacity indoor unit 4-Way Cassette type with 1095 CFM or better with minimum three steps speed regulator, with chordless remote and noise level less than 48 db.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Refrigerant copper "Y" Joints with copper brezzing with nitrile rubber insulation of adequate thickness.

SITC of the of following nominal size of soft/ hard drawn copper refrigerent piping System including vaccumiazation and Nitrogen of testing for VRV/VRF AC system, complete with fittings, with adjustable ring type hanger supports, jointing/ brazing including accessories as required at site & approved by EIC, duly insulated with XLPE class -O tubular closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber insulation (Make : Armacell/ K-flex/ Aeroflex/ A-flex) of 13mm thickness upto 15.9 mm OD Cu pipe & above 19mm thick insulation for higher sizes Cu pipes. ----Ф25.4 MM(19 SWG or 1 mm)

Supply & laying/ fixing of control cum transmission wiring with 3 core 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and sheathed copper conductor cable (Make : Havells/ Polycab/ Gloster/ RR Kabel/ KEI) through 20mm dia FR type PVC rigid conduits on existing cable tray / on wall as necessary (Make : Precision/ Polycab) for interconnection between IDUs & ODUs and IDUs and Remotes (if requires).

Supply and Laying of Rigid PVC Drain Pipe (Medium Class)with respective fittings ,proper supports at 5 feet interval and duly insulated with 6 mm thick closed cell nitrile rubber insulation. (Make : Oriplast/ Supreme/ Filolex/ Ashirbad/ Astral) 25 mm dia

Supply and Pouring of R410A refrigerant gas for entire system including Testing and commissioning of complete VRV system including all indoor units,outdoor units,electricals,remotes etc including pressure testing with nitrogen & vaccumasation.

Note:- Rate should be quoted inclusive of all taxes and duties including GST.
