Disconnecting all the incoming/out going water /electric connection and lifting up the unsv submersible pumping set of any capacity /Stages along with MS/GI column pipe heavy duty 50/ 80 mm dia along with connected GI fittings and submersible cables care fully from the deep bore well by suitable arrangement up to 100/150 mtr deep (manual/ through tripod or lifting machine at your ends) and kept the column pipes/cable at site in safe custody or in MES store yard for re-use and shifting the submersible pumping set in work shop for repair/servicing/overhauling/rewinding of motors and relowering in same bore well along with all column pipes, fittings and electric cable after necessary repair and received from work shop complete all as specified and directed .(Note :- labour rates are deems to be included fixing of T&P, transportation charges ,commissioning and testing on full load at site) complete all as specified and directed by engr in charge.

Dismantling and strip opening the complete submersible motor 7.5 HP and segregate from pump and rewinding worn out /unsv stator/rotor winding with supper enamelled heat resistant copper winding wire of same gauge and nos of terns at rated RPM including replacement of necessary insulating materials i.e bamboo, strips, cotton, tapes, thread, leather heat resistant paper, varnishing, drying preparing/cleaning slots and reassembly complete motor after rewinding , fixing including with the submersible pump complete all as specified and directed by engr in charge

Dismantling and strip opening the complete submersible motor 3 HP and segregate from pump and rewinding worn out /unsv stator/rotor winding with supper enamelled heat resistant copper winding wire of same gauge and nos of terns at rated RPM including replacement of necessary insulating materials i.e bamboo, strips, cotton, tapes, thread, leather heat resistant paper, varnishing, drying preparing/cleaning slots and reassembly complete motor after rewinding , fixing including with the submersible pump all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in replacement the following unsv/worn out spare parts of submersible motor 7.5 HP. Motor as per existing size and make complete all as specified and directed :-

(a) thrust plate with thrust bearing .

(b) motor coupling SS with keys

(c) motor bush SS.

S&F in replacement the following unsv/worn out spare parts of submersible motor 3 HP. Motor as per existing size and make complete all as specified and directed :-

(a) Thrust plate with thrust bearing .

(b) Motor coupling SS with keys

(c) Motor bush SS.

Strip opening to complete submersible pump sets 7.5 HP 2900 RPM 11 stages and segregate all the parts for repair/ servicing/ overhauling to complete pump i.e cleaning / preparing to all bowls, mettling lath works if any re-alignment of pump shaft including mettling /lath work, and replacement of unsv spare parts i.e sleeves, bush, neck ring, bowls, impellors, impellors lock, key pump shaft, check nuts, nut, bolts etc and re assembly the complete pump after necessary repair and jointing with motor and testing at site all as specified and directed.( Note:-spares parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective head as supply only and fixing cost of these items shall be include in Quoted rate ) complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.
