Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

a) Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m inwidth or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

a)All kinds of soil

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixedlazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable materialand stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Transportaion of Dismantled aluminium partition material of (approximate Qty 30 SQM)from First floor of Boat jetty Telephone Exchange building to BSNL Bhavan compound Kalathiparambil road including lifting down the materials from first floor to ground floor , loading the vehicle ,conveyance to BSNL bhavan ,unloading ,sorting and stacking etc. complete.

Reassembling and fixing in position the dismantled aluminium partitions ,doors and windows with particle board, aluminium grills and glass using necessary new rubber gasket and servicing the hinges of window shutters for fixing or wooden partitions as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement (AAC) Block masonry with AAC blocks of size 60x20x10cm in specified block adhesive in 3mm thick above plinth level up to floor v level including cost and conveyance of all material, labour charge, hire charges of tools and plants ,charges for curing etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge .

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

13.1.2 a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.

On steel work

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.

For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).

Dismantling and refixing GI/AC/ sheet/Roofing tiles including all necessary hooks,bolts,washers and sealing of holes with water proofing compound like M-seal or similar compound for arresting water leakage etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of:

Credit the value of dismantled GS sheet /steel tubes / steel structurals to the contractor.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

Hot finished welded type tubes

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface :

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour

a)One or more coats on old work

Painting (one or more coats) with Floor coat paint of Indigo brand or equivalent paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on exterior tile flooring etc complete

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

Cleaning of floor of Canteen , Kitchen etc with floor area up to 150sqm in ground floor using acid wash chemicals etc complete .

Cleaning of ACP facia of the canteen building and BSNL bhavan main entrance gate of area up to 100 sqm above lintel level using acid wash chemicals etc complete.

Repair to Aluminium door of size up to 1.20x2.25m including dismantling and reassembling using new pivot and members if required etc complete.

Providing and fixing UPVC pipes, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step PVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Exposed on walls external work.

Providing and fixing P.V.C. low level flushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Easening of wooden/glasss shutters of Windows/doors for appropriate closing of openings.etc complete as per the direction of engineer in charge

a) Window shutters of area up to 1sqm including necessary reapirs to styles , providing necessary hooks and eyes if found necessary

b)Door shutters of area up to 2.50sqm including necessary repairs to styles , renewing wooden fillets etc

Special repairs to the RCC members at all floor levels like beams, roof slabs, columns, sunshades, vertical and horizontal fins etc. by cutting the plaster in proper shape, removing the rust in reinforcement, applying anticorrosive epoxy paint of approved brand and manufacture (MRF or equivalent) , repair plastering with rich mix of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) etc. complete all as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting down safely and securely the following items of trees near compound wall main gate and north gate at BSNL bhavan compound at a height up to 6 metres from ground level and stacking the serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable up to a distance of 5km etc complete as per the direction of engineer in charge . Necessary insurance coverage of labour shall be obtained before commencement of work. 1. Branches ot Banyan trees having diameter upto 50cm and length up to 6metre =4Nos(Four ) 2. Branches ot Badam trees having diameter upto 30cm and length up to 6metre =2Nos(Two ) 3.Branches ot Badam trees having diameter upto 25cm and length up to 6metre =2Nos(Two) 4. Mango tree having diameter upto 20cm and length up to 5metre =1Nos(One ) 5.Badam tree with two branches each having diameter 15cm and length up 6metre =1Nos( One)
