Development of Streets Paths by way of Cobble Stones-Tiling

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 meters lead For thickness of tiles above 25 mm and upto 40 mm all complete.

Supply and filling of good earth ( suitable for turf) from approved source upto site of work including ramming dressing and watering in 15/22cm layers including spreading levelling and consolidation with power road roller of 8 to 10 tone capacity (to required gradient and camber with all leads and lifts carriages, head load T&P establishment charges etc complete.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 metres: All kinds of soil :

P/L of dry stone soling duly hand packed with ramming, dressing, watering and compacting all inclusive leads, lifts, loading, un-loading, cost and carriage of material involved complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) complete.

P/L in position cement concrete in 1 : 2 : 4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded crushed stone aggregate, 20mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering but including carriage of all materials from approved sources up to site of work complete.

Flooring with Cobble stone of approx. Size 125x125x75 mm (thick) laid on 25 mm average thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 Coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the stone, laid in approved pattern complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying chisel dressed Devri Stone of size 300x200 mm face with 150 mm depth in cement mortar 1: 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) upto plinth level including curing. One face dressed Rough chisel dressed (New Work).

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement in position to the required line, level and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of the joints except at sharp curve shall not to be more than 5mm) including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-incharge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Providing, laying and making kerb channel 30cm wide and 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge.

Providing and laying non-pressure NP2 class (light duty) R.C.C. pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement: 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete 250 mm dia. R.C.C. pipe

Providing and laying tactile tile (for vision impaired persons as per standards) of size 300x300x9.8mm having with water absorption less than 0.5% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades in for outdoor floors such as footpath, court yard, multi modals location etc., laid on 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) in all shapes & patterns including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Constructing brick masonry road gully chamber of specified size with common burnt clay(non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4coarse sand) including precast R.C.C. horizontal grating with frame complete as per standard design: 20.23.1 Chamber size 50x45x60 cm including precast R.C.C grating with frame 500x450 mm horizontal grating.

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. Welded incl. all carriages etc complete.

Coursed Rubble Masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth and curing complete with: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse Sand) incl. carriage all complete.

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in : Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand) including Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level including carriage from approved source upto site of work.

Architechutural Pointing on brick work incl. cutting grooves, with lime, surkhi and marble dust mortar in the ration 1:1.15:1/2 one lime:1.5 Surkhi) Raised and cut Pointing incl. carriage all complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work (Steel/work).
