Clearing compound premises of shurbs, plants, jungles etc. by cutting and removing as directed (Specific permission of Engineer-in-Charge prior to execution will be necessary). (Payment to be made on area cleared)

Unskilled Labour

Bonus to be paid to each worker once a year. For Men engaged (Unskilled Worker)

Cleaning and disinfecting upto 2000 litre Water Tank including masonry reservoir

Maintenance of hedge for one year including application of necessary pesticide, farm yard manure, replacement of damaged hedge plant by new one complete in all respect as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge. This includes supply of labour, tools & plants including materials

Uprooting and removing plants from the surface of walls parapet etc and making good damages. (Repairing of damages to be paid separately). (a) Small plant of girth of exposed stem upto 75 mm. lift upto 6 mtr.

b) For lift beyond initial 6 mtr. the rate will be increased @ 20% for each additional lift if 6 mtr. or part thereof.

Maintanance of trees for one year (Avenue Plants) including watering, trimming, manuring, spraying insecticide and guarding as required. This includes supply of labour, tools & plants including materials.

Removing chokage of H.C.I. or S.W. pipe with split bamboo. (a) Underground

Cleaning silt of master trap pit.

Cleaning silt of inspection pit.

Cleaning and removing silt from choked up gully pit including painting C.I. grating with bituminous paint.

Cleaning rubbish, sludge, weeds scum, liquid earth, mud etc.etc.from road side masonary drain/ hume pipe drain/ culvert etc. by mathor labour after removing concrete.Slab/manhole cover etc.without damaging the same and refixing the same properly after cleaning as necessary and removing the sludge etc.etc.by using iron pans,buckets including all labour, tools & plants including removing the spoils in dry condition and disposing the same by truck beyond the road side in conformity with municipal/corporation rules for such disposal including loading into truck and cleaning the road side in all respects as per direction of the Engineerin- Charge. (Payment will be made on the basis of actual stack measurment of spoils in dry condition at roadside)

Supply of bleaching powder in bulk quantity of reputed brand like Bengal Chemical, Aditya Birla etc. having date of manufacturing not before 6 months or according to manufacturer's specification whichever is less in a requisite container/bag at site in Salt Lake.
