Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness including cover fillets in ceiling, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing in position PVC paneling/planks in ceiling at all heights with PVC wall panel/sheets (5-9mm thickness) of approved texture, design and patterns, using suitable formwork comprising of a frame made in the ceiling offsets from especially fabricated galvanized mild steel sheet and PVC wall panel/sheets of noncombustible are to be screw fixed with self-tapping pan head nickel coated mild steel screws to grid as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: All fittings including PVC Strips/adhesives or any other are included in this item.

Providing and fixing in position wall paneling at all heights with PVC wall panel/sheets (5-9mm thickness) of approved texture, design and patterns, comprising of a frame made in the wall offsets from especially fabricated galvanized mild steel sheet and PVC wall panel/sheets of noncombustible are to be screw fixed with self-tapping pan head nickel coated mild steel screws as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: All fittings including PVC Strips like L,U etc fixed at corner edges, adhesives or any other are included in this item.

S&F false ceiling of Non asbestos fibre cement building boards (designed pre painted), manufactured from homogeneous mixture of cement, quartz and cellulose and cured with high pressure steam using auto claving process confirming to IS-14862, of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 4 mm thick fixed over and including anodised aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) snap grid frame work of T section (main & cross member) of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 1.5 mm thick in square pattern of grid size 600mm X 600mm . Taking down aluminium door shutter n. exc 2 Sqm each, taking out servicable glass panes, hydraulic door clocer, but hinges, double action hydraulically regulated floor spring and other fittings, if required carefull and refixing in the same opening after repairs of unserviceable or loosened joints/cleats of top rail/bottom rails/lock rails and styles etc and fixing old serviceable glass, any thickness with rubber packing and aluminium beadings, fixing of old servicable hydraulic door closer, double action door spring duly oiling/greasing and fixing all servicable fitting complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as, in lintels upto 1.50 metres clear span cuts, steps seismic and other similar bends, coping, bands plates for serving hold fasts, roof benching, haunching etc. and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceiling, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) on internal fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thk rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling surfaces and soffits of slab upto 7 m ht with finished surface evan and smooth without using extra cement and rate inclusive of necessary scaffolding upto a height of 7.00 m with no extra cost, complete all as specified & directed.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in two layers (10mm thick first layer and 5mm thick second layer) on external fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, mixed with WPC, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Supply only Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately.

Rendering plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 coarse sand) on other than fair faces of brick wall or stone wall surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 2mm thick wall care putty, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces including cleaning by brooming down or with steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot, moulded moss and efflorescent salts and cleaning oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on walls, complete all as specified and directed.

Two coats of cement base paint on newly plastered surface of ceiling including preparation of surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Two coats of cement base paint on newly plastered surface of wall including preparation of surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm), complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness, laid bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc. including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km, complete all as specified and directed.

Marble 16 to 18mm thick, green marble, (table rubbed and polished and moulding of outer edges) as in kitchen cooking platform /shelf and verticle surfaces duly machine cut in skirting /dado and like laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade green marble type, complete all as specified and directed.

Granite black 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement (1:2) with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete as in kitchen platform, window cill /steps laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6), including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement pointed in white or coloured cement to match, complete all as specified and directed.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick of size not less than 550 mm X 550 mm as per sample kept in GE’s office, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab, as in floor etc, laid over and including 15mm screed layer in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish, laid over PCC subbase, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Kota stone shall be laid as a single piece in riser, steps, tread or in floors.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc Laid, bedded, complete all as specified and directed.
