ANTITERMITE TREATMENT AND ALLIED MISCELANEOUS REPAIR WORKS TO MD OTM ACCN AT ICGS BEYPORE AND CGRA KOZHIKODE

Material and labour for Post construction anti termite treatment by drilling holes of dia 12mm @ 300mm centre to centre to a depth of at least 300mm & upto a maximum of 600mm injecting anti termite chlorpyrifos chemical emulsion or equivalent 20% EC @ 2.25 Ltr. per metre. alongwith the external wall below concrete or masonry apron and plugging holes with cement mortar (1:2) complete to match with the existing floor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Post construction anti termite treatment by drilling holes 12mm dia at the Junction of floor and wall @ 300mm centre to centre and injecting chemical emulsion chlorpyrifos 20% EC or equivalent @ 1 Ltr. Per hole or till refusal and plugging holes with CM (1:2) and finishing top surface match the existing floor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Post construction anti termite treatment by using Chemical emulsion chloropyrifos 20% EC HILBAN-20% EC or equivalent diluted in Kerosene and applied @ 0.25 ltr per Sqm on termite infected wooden surface such as doors, windows built in cup boards, ceiling, wall paneling etc and clean termite mound laid on walls and dIspose carefully outside the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Item No.3 above but anti termite treatment on concrete surfaces all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Post construction anti termite treatment at point of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre / hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Taking down cement plaster in cement or cement lime mortar on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, Including removal of debries out side MD land all specified and directed.

Material and labour for plastering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick or stone walls to be finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement plaster 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surface as on ceilling finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in C M 1:4 with finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered/concrete surfaces of walls, providing one or more coats of Birla white wall care putty to achieve smooth surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion of approved shade/tint over a coat of compatiable priming paint complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Preparation of new ceiling surfaces including washing, rubbing down and stopping by brooming down, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coats of oil distemper emulsion on wall surfaces complete all as specified.

Material and labour for applying two coats of exterior grade emulsion weather coat over a coat of primer including Preparation of newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of existing treatment of old surface including brooming down, scrapping down smoke soot,mould, moss and efforescent salts and trading oil and grease spouts and cleaning with water on wall applying one coats of Acrylic emulsion (exterior weather coat) paint of any tint as approved complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
