Disconnecting electric outdoor/indoor transformer 11 KV capacity up to 500 KVA from HT/LT terminals and lowering down/getting out from 2/4 pole structure/plinth or from inside sub station for major/Minor repair complete all as specified and directed .

Transportation of unserviceable transformer of up to 500 KVA capacity to workshop and return back for installation it on original position/location after repairing from workshop. Note : (Rate is deemed to be inclusive of transportation, T&P and man power) complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for factory opening of top cover by unscrewing nut, bolts & washers etc and taking out core assembly from tank by disconnecting from tap changer HT & LT side bushing stud to outside by dismantling the channel and disconnecting star delta connection for transformer up to 500 KVA capacity. After dismantling of Transformer and physical joint inspection of core coil assembly (removing all 3 limbs HV &LV winding from Core Assembly) washing of core assembly by hot oil for removing burnt carbon and copper particals and cleaning of complete top yoke by oil. reassemble of complete core assembly and core coil assembly providing new coils and new tap leads of tap changer including requisite insulation material. Re Tanking tightening of top cover fixing of HV & LV Bushing, tap changer connection, WTI & OTI Connection and CT connection. Filling of oil, conservator tank ready for final testing all as directed in presence of rep of MES. Note : Coil and insulation shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L in repairs for rewinding of HT coils with copper wire DPC/super enameled high quality matching with existing gauge and impedance including requisite insulating paper/material in each layer of winding after taking down old existing winding of HT coils of 11 KV transformer complete. Note : (i) The rate quoted against these items is inclusive necessary provision of all types of insulating materials , heating and varnishing etc.

All as per item No 4 here-in-before but LT coils with copper strips.

M&L for drying/ovening of complete Core coil assembly(CCA) in vacuum chamber and continuous monitoring to improve of IR Values after varnishing the coil to eliminate moisture content from Transformer up to 500 KVA capacity complete.

M&L for after drying and ovening and Re-assembling of up to 500 KVA Transformer core, testing of magnetic circuit for IR values, assembly and connection of OLTC of all phases, testing of transformer at low voltage, checking of ratio and polarity test. all as specified and directed. Note: (i) These operations/tests shall be carried out in the factory, results found satisfactory before bringing transformer to the original site for re-installation. (ii) The quoted rates shall be deemed to include complete testing before and after repairs, as per IS-2026, Megger Ratio, LV&HV High Voltage Test, DVDF and vector Group Test and leakage/Pressure Testing at 0.35 Kg for 24 Hrs to check the healthiness of the transformer, No load test, Full load Test, Impedance test, Voltage/Short Ckt impedance test.

S&F in replacement of transformer bushing on LT, 433 volt side including brass spindle/rods duly threaded at the end complete with gasket nut bolts and washer suitable for indoor/outdoor transformer capacity 63 KVA to 160 KVA complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for ON load centrifuging and dehydration including filtration and cleaning of transformer oil by dehydration machine electric operated without any shutdown of transformer including testing oil sample before and after dehydration and filtration oil complete all as specified and directed . Note : (i) Transformer oil required for top up shall be measured and paid for separate (ii) Contractor have to arrange the dehydration machine and testing kit from his own resources without any extra cost. (iii) dielectric strength of transformer oil not less than 45 KV at 2.5 mm gap

Supply and filling the transformer oil in factory sealed barrel with IS-336 of di-electric strength not less than 45 KV at 2.5 mm gap and toping up the oil where ever required in Army Area Banar and all as specified and directed.

Painting of transformer after preparation of old painted surfaces of steel, by brushing/cleaning stain, greasy spots with thinner, applying two coats of spray painting with PU paint with spraying machine to transformer indoor/outdoor, fixed on poles or in Sub Station at different location after disconnecting of HT supply from incoming and LT supply from outgoing capacity 63 KVA to 160 KVA complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for servicing the ON LOAD tap changer transformer capacity of 200 to 630 indoor/outdoor type by replacing the minor parts such as gear wheels, control wiring and checking the all connections and tap changing terminals decarbonizing and servicing the all moving parts of onload tap changer and all as specified and directed at site by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of gasket for packing set of any size suitable for transformer of capacity up to 500 KVA made out of 6 mm thick cock sheet single piece including removing old unserviceable packing kit/ set cleaning the surface of the top cover etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The cost of opening of transformer cover/ top if required deemed to be included in the item rate of respective item .

Taking out faulty underground 11000 Volt HT cable of different sizes by excavation and removing Jodhpur Stone of any size and relaying in the same trenches or re routing after rectification of fault or replacing faulty portion of cable with new cable and removing of surplus soil and using new PCC cable covers as required. Note: (a) 11000 Volt HT cable & joints shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of schedule. (b) Excavation, PCC Cover and earth work will be measured and paid for separately under respective items of schedule.

Taking out old unserviceable HT cable and supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated PVC outer sheathed and (earthed) PVC inner sheath, galvanised steel strips armoured, heavy duty power cable with aluminium conductor suitable for rated voltage of 11000 Volts grade Earthed system and conforming to IS : 7098 (Part-II) of 1985 and size three core 95 sqmm 3 Core and laid in trenches/ducts/pipe or on road/pole all as required and directed at site. Note : i). Earth work and protection pipe etc shall be measured and paid separately. ii). Outdoor/indoor cable end termination/straight through joints shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking out old unserviceable HT cable supply and laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated PVC outer sheathed and (earthed) PVC inner sheath, galvanised steel strips armoured, heavy duty power cable with aluminium conductor suitable for rated voltage of 11000 Volts grade Earthed system and conforming to IS : 7098 (Part-II) and size three core 120 sqmm 3 Core and laid in trenches/ducts/pipe or on road/pole all as required and directed at site. Note : i). Earth work and protection pipe etc shall be measured and paid separately. ii). Outdoor/indoor cable end termination/straight through joints shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F cable route indicator made of RCC (Nominal Mix) type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) with 8mm TMT Bar c/c of size 1m height X 60cm wide X 10cm thick tapered on top, visible above ground, duly painted with synthetic enamel paint of yellow colour base and letters with black paint. Taking down and servicing for HT switch gear RMU of 2/3/4 way ,11KV out door type tripping off the breaker servicing and overhauling the mechanical parts with applying the grease and checking the control wiring and tripping mechanism, replacement of damaged minor parts such as control wiring, ferrules, HRC fuses etc, calibration of processor numerical/digital relay existing on panels with secondary injection kit and setting the relay of earth fault, short circuit, time delay settings as per existing load of feeder and all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L for replace the unserviceable spring charging motor in existing VCB's of existing specifications and all as specified and directed at site by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Suitable for existing 12 KV Schneider indoor type HMX 630 Amp VCB.

All T&P expenditure for tracing out the HT UG cable fault by pin point with cable fault locating machine mounted vehicle including all T&P expenditure to rectify the fault within 08 hrs to restore the supply of HT 11 KV feeder at Banar Mil station and all as specified. Note : The fault will be measured one unit by charging of one HT cable , multiple faults at same cable will be measured single fault and HT Cable joints will be measured and paid separately and earth work will be paid under relevent item of Schedule and delay beyond 08 hrs will be recovered Rs-1000/- per hour from work done amount.

M&L for cutting the road/PCC for laying the cable up to depth 1.5 mtr and making finishing with PCC of disturbed surface of road/PCC and all as specified and directed directed. Note : PCC will be measured under relevant item of Sch.

M&L for resagging of overhead conductor section of 11 KV including binding/re-binding of conductor with suitable size of wire and providing of jumpers at the ends as per site requirements complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of rusted/broken GI earth wire of 4 mm dia for guard on Overhead line by providing reels and clamps and any other items required for fixing as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking down HT pole of old ACSR conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of defective/damaged Disc insulators suitable for 33 KV overhead conductors including removing/providing jumpers with line conductors as per required at site complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and 1.5 mtr wide and getting out for laying of cables.

Supply and laying the graded coarse aggregate 40mm size for E/M installations of 33KV MRS yard/2/4 pole HT/LT pole structures/surrounding area of RMU including cleaning the vegetation developed and making plane of surface and all as specified and directed at site.
