Earth work excavation for foundations and depositing on bank for all lifts and with an initial lead of 10m including all operational, incidental, labour charges such as shoring ,sheeting, planking, strutting, etc. complete for finished item of work excluding seigniorage excluding dewatering charges etc as per SS - 20 B (APSS 308) - in Ordinary Soil-Manual Means-Upto 3M depth

Filling of foundations with Sand from including spreading in layers irrespective of thickness brough from approved source including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification referred and direction of the departmental officers.

P.C.C (1:5:10) prop. Using 40mm HBG machine crushed metal and sand including cost and conveyance of all materials to site from approved source, centering machine mixing & vibrating, laying concrete in position, tamping curing for required period, labour charges for all items all other incidental and operational charges etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by departmental Engineer for finished item of work

VRCC M- 20 grade mix (Cement:fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work

For Intermeted Tie Beam

Refilling of excavated earth in foundations and trenches, sides of foundations and basement with intial lead in layers not exceeding 15cm thick consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work

Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) / Mild steel (MS) steel bars (Fe 415/ Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors.( APSS No.126)

Brick Masonry in C.M. (1:6) prop. Using 2nd class well burnt bricks from approved quarry free from warping, distortion cracks, chips, flows stones and nodules free from lime in accordance with IS-3495-1966 and screened sand including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, scaffolding charges of all materials, lifting charges, curing and labour charges for all items of works equipment and all other incidental and operational charges etc., complete as per standard specification referred and as per the direction of the departmental officers. For Superstructure

Plastering with C.M (1:5) 20 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site from approved sources, including providing and removing necessary scaffolding, of all materials, labour charges, curing with all water leads and finishing smooth to perfect plumb including all other incidental and operational charges etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed during execution by departmental officers.

Plastering with C.M (1:5) 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site from approved sources, including providing and removing necessary scaffolding, of all materials, labour charges, curing with all water leads and finishing smooth to perfect plumb including all other incidental and operational charges etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed during execution by departmental officers.

Painting to new walls with 2 coats of Plasttic Emulsion paint of apporved brand and shade over a base coat of approved cement primer grade I making making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thourughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work

Painting with synthetic enamel paint for New Iron work with 1 coat Red oxide primar and 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911

Supply and fixing in position M.S Ornamental Grill Gates using M.S flats, square rods, angles etc., of approved design weighing, including necessary cuttings, bending, fabrication, welding grinding, and finishing smooth including cost of making holes in RCC or Masonry works and making good the same where ever necessary, including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges etc complete.
