Outsourcing of services for operation of Mansadevi Main pumping installation (Approx area of the installation is 5000Sqm) by engaging technically qualified team(s) round the clock (for 3 shifts of eight hours each daily) including Sundays and Holidays to ensure smooth functioning of the installation which comprises of the following equipments/ items:- (i) Vertical turbine pump with motor cap 50HP including control panel feeding raw water to areator cum filteration plant--03 Nos. (ii) Centrifugal pump with motor 30HP including control panel feeding clear water to main pump house-03 Nos (iii) Centrifugal pump with motor 50HP including control panel feeding Sec C Sub pumping installation-03 Nos (iv) Centrifugal pump with motor 100HP including control panel feeding to Fd Regt/ Kalka road pumping installation-03 Nos.

(v) Centrifugal pump with motor 75HP including control panel feeding to Bird sanctuary-02 Nos (vi) Centrifugal pump with motor 60HP including control panel feeding to Bird sanctuary-01 No (vii) Centrifugal pump with motor 30HP including control panel feeding to OHR- back wash system-02 Nos (viii) Vacuum centrifugal type priming pump set 10HP including starter/ control panel-1 No (ix) Sludge well non clog/ submersible pump set 7.5HP including starter/ control panel-04 Nos (x) Vacuum type chloronome plant of capacity 2Kg/hr with electric driven motor 3HP including starter/ control panel-04 Nos

(xi) Water filteration plant of capacity 80000GPH comprising of 02 units with 2 beds each. (xii) Chemical dozing pump set with motor operated agitator, alum dozer and lime dozer with DOL starter-4 sets (capacity of each plant not more than 2HP single/ 3 phase). (xiii) Air blower with 10 HP motor-03 Nos. (xiv) Semi under ground raw water storage tank of capacity 100 Lakh Gallons. (xv) Sludge sump of capacity 0.6 Lakh Gallons-1No (xvi) Clear water under ground sump of capacity 3 Lakh Gallons -2 Nos. (xvii) Eco friendly silent type DG set 400KVA with control panel-1No (xviii) OHR of capacity 0.5 Lakh Gallons for filteration plant back wash-01No.

(xix) Clari-floculator flash mixer and areator comprising of floculation motor 0.37HP, 680RPM-4 Nos, bridge driving unit of 2 HP motor, 3 phase, 415V-1 No, Flash mixer mechanism with 1.5HP motor-01No. (xx) Chlorine contact chamber of capacity 2 Lakh Gallons (xxi) Control valves/ Sluice valves of size 40 to 700 mm. (xxi) Control valves/ Sluice valves of size 40 to 700 mm (xxii) Inter connection, inlet/outlet ie suction/ delivery lines within the premises of installation of size 25 to 700mm which includes tightening of joints/ provisioning of lead/ tightening joint complete with labour and material. (xxii) Fire fighting system. (xxiii) Cleaning of the installation area.

Notes:- (i) The fuel/ lubricant (for running of DG Sets)/ chlorine gas/ lime/ Alum/ gland packing/ grease/hypochlorite required for use at W/S installations shall be issued under Sch 'B' free for use. (ii) Refer Schedule A/BOQ Notes on page 14 to 16 of Tender documents. (iii) The contractor shall provide minimum one independent operator and minimum (02) two helper in each shift of 08 hours to execute the above work and quoted unit rate by the contractor against this item shall be deemed to be included in the the cost of aforesaid man power. (iv) Minimum equalification for operator ITI with min two years experience & helper shall be matriculate.

Outsourcing of services for operation of New Pump House (approx area of the installation is 2000 Sqm) by engaging technically qualified operators and helper round the clock (for 3 shifts of eight hours each day) including Sunday and holiday to ensure smooth functioning of the installation which comprises of the following equipments /items:-

(i) Centrifugal motor pump set of capacity 100/120 HP -6 Nos including their respective soft starters. (ii) LT panel feeding to the pump house area. (iii) DG set 320 KVA to be operated in case of power failure (iv) Semi underground clear water storage tank of capacity 3 Lakh Glns. (v) Delivery header system for timely supply of water to different pockets connected to the pump house. (vi) Control valves/sluice valves of size 40 to 250mm. (vii) Inter connection, inlet/outlet i.e. suction/delivery lines within the premises of installation of size 25 to 250mm. (viii) Fire fighting system. (ix) Cleaning of installation area.

Outsourcing of services for operation of complete WT Pump House (approx area of installation is 800 Sqm) by engaging technically qualified operators per shift for 2 shifts of 08 Hours each day including Sunday and Holidays to ensure smooth functioning of water supply system complete all as specified and as directed. The installation comprises of the following equipments items:- (a) Centrifugal pumping set coupled with electric motor capacity 30/60 HP, with star delta/Soft starter, LT panels/switchgear etc along with connected pipe lines and valves-01 Sets. (b) Underground sumps of capacity 40,000 Glns each-01 Nos. (c) Cleaning of the installation area. Note :- (i) Minimum equalification for operator ITI with min two years experience & helper shall be matriculate. (ii) The contractor shall provide one operator in each shift of 8 hours to execute this work

Outsourcing of services for operation of complete Intermediate Sewage Pump House (Approx area of the installation is 1000Sqm) by engaging technically qualified operator(s) (for 2 shifts of 08 hours each daily) including Sundays and Holidays to ensure smooth functioning of water supply system complete all as specified and as directed. The installation comprises of the following equipments/ items:- (a) Centrifugal pumping set coupled with electric motor 75 HP with star-Delta starters/ switchgear, panel boards - 03 Sets. (b) Under ground sumps of capacity 40,000 glns each -02 Nos. (c) Cleaning of installation area.

Outsourcing of services for operation of complete Vatika Sewage Pump House including OHR No 13 (Pine Marg Area). (Approx area of the installation is 800Sqm) by engaging technically qualified operator(s) (for 2 shifts of 08 hours each daily) including Sundays and Holidays to ensure smooth functioning of water supply system complete all as specified and as directed. The installation comprises of the following equipments/ items:- (a) Centrifugal pumping set coupled with 30 HP electric motor controlled by star delta starter, switches / MCCB in panel board etc - 2 Sets (b) Mono block pumping set 10 HP having controlled with starter, switches/ MCCB in LT panel.-01 Set. (c) Mono block pumping set 5 HP having controlled with starter, switches/ MCCB in LT panel-01 Set (d) Underground Sump of 10000 Gallons Capacity and connected valves (e) Overhead tank of capacity 1.5 lakh gallon and connected valves.

(f) Centrifugal pumping set coupled with electric motor 15HP with connected valves and electrical panel = 01 Set. (g) Cleaning of installations area. Note:- (i) Refer Schedule A/BOQ Notes on page 14 to 16 of Tender documents. (ii) The contractor shall provide minimum one operator in each shift of 08 hours to execute the above work. Outsourcing of services for operation of complete water supply system at Sector-C Pump House including OHR No 21 (Approx area of the installation is 800Sqm) by engaging technically qualified operator(s) (for 03 shifts of 08 hours each daily) including Sundays and Holidays to ensure smooth functioning of water supply system complete all as specified and as directed. The installation comprises of the following equipments/ items:- (a) Centrifugal pumping set coupled with motor of 100 HP controlled by soft Starter, switchgear/MCCB in LT panle etc-3 Sets and other equipments at installatoin. (b) Underground Sump of 1.0 Lakh Gallons Capacity (c) Overhead tank of capacity 1.0 Lakh gallon capacity and connected valves. (d) Vaccum centrifugal type priming pump set 10 HP including starter /control panel -01 No. (e) Cleaning of installations area.

Outsourcing of services for operation of complete Comd Hosp Sewage Pump House (Appx area of the installation is 600 Sqm) by engaging technically qualified operators and one helper (01x operator per Shift for 2 shifts of 08 Hours each daily including Sundays and Holidays to ensure smooth functioning of sewage disposal system complete all as specified and as directed. The installation comprises of the following equipments/items:- (i) Non-clog submersible centrifugal motor pumping set of capacity 30/20 HP by star delta starter, switches/MCCB in panels board etc-04 Sets (ii) Daily operation to ensure proper timing of sewage disposal (iii) Cleaning of the installation area. Note: Contractor should also provide proper safety equipments like face/nose mask etc during operation of the pumpset. Note:- (a) Minimum equalification for operator ITI with min two years experience & helper shall be matriculate.

Important Note :- (a) The bid shall be trated as Non-bonafide on following reasons:- (i) Quoting Nil/ Zero against overhead & profit against OH & P. (ii) Quoting less than minimum wages as notified by concerned authority. (iii) Quoting LWC less than 1%. (iv) Ouoting less / Nil against EPF, ESIC & Bonus wrt same as applicable according to total number of workmen/ wages as per instruction in vogue. (v) This work prominently involves items of outsourcing of services. therefore, the rate of GST shall be considered as 18% while quoting the bid.
