The Railway reserves the right to order entire or bulk quantity of the tendered item on RCF/ Approved sources for item ID 2400025 & sub-id: 2400025003 or their authorized dealers only. Clause No. 16.3, 23.0 & 28.0 of general tender condition of Eastern Railway will be applicable.

1) The bidder agrees to supply the tender stores at the rates quoted by him in accordance with the IRS condition of contract and [or] special condition and [or] other condition specified /attached with the tender. 2 ) Have you attached any performance statements with you offer? 3 ) If you are not a MSE or a consortia of MSEs formed by NSIC, please indicate percentage of sub contracts in execution of this tender that will be from micro and small enterprise (in percent of order value) with further breakup of MSE owned by SC/ST.(information will be provided in % terms with 6 fields, Micro owned by SC , Micro owned by ST, Micro owned by others, small industry owned by SC, small industry owned by ST, small industry owned by others) 4 ) Have you gone through the tender documents consisting of instructions to tenderers, General tender conditions and special conditions of tender, and do you agree and confirm to abide by the instructions to tenderers. General tenders conditions, IRS conditions of contract and the special conditions of tender. 5 ) Have you submitted/uploaded the evidence of tender cost deposited by you against this tender. 6 ) Have you quoted submitted/uploaded the performance statement supported by copies by purchase orders. Receipt Notes and inspection certificate as the case may be. 7 ) Have you submitted earnest money deposited. 8 ) Have you kept your offer valid for 90 days. 9 ) Do you agree to the guarantee /warranty as per specification, and, in case specification does not contain GC/WC, then do you agree GC/WC as per IRS conditions of contract. 10) In case of authorised dealer, have you uploaded authorization certificate. 11) Whether SVC is applicable or Not. 1 2 ) Please mentioned your approved factory address for the purpose of inspection.
