Geographic Information System Based Property Tax Data Ground Truthing Mapping and UID Integration with Various Municipal Services for Municipal Corporation Jalandhar City under the Smart City Mission

Activity-1: Door-to-door Property Tax Survey, digitization / mapping & services integration and integration with mSewa portal data:

a) Door-to-door Survey: Door-to-door Survey of Properties, data collection in mobile application containing 45 attributes, verification, validation and incorporation of data in Excel sheets and on ARCGIS Software complete in all respect also including integration of UID with Utilities (Property ID, Water supply and Sewerage, Electricity, SWM & Building Plan Sanction no./plot Certificate no. etc.) & integration with mSewa portal. This will include: -14 sectors: Sector Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 16, 17, and 18 and 20 -11 New Villages: Later included in the MCJ jurisdiction

Activity-2: Making & Fixing of Property UID plates as per specification mentioned under heading 6.2 (Technical Specification for UID Plate):

Supply & installation of approximately 50,000 UID number plates as per the specifications mentioned in heading 6.2, which including -11 newly added villages properties, and -Additional new properties that may be identified across 14 sectors. (* Note: Approximately 3 lakh UID number plates have already been installed in earlier phases across all the 20-sectors)

Activity-3: handholding and maintenance for 3 years, The scope of work shall include as per SOP (Appendix-A)

Activity-4: Cost of Machineries to be used for integration and updating of data in ArcGIS
