Providing designation 75 B one brick flat soling joints filled with local sand including cost of watering,taxes royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level 1 :2:4 -do-

Providing designation 75 B brick work in CM (1:6) in foundation and plinth with approved quality of clean coarse sand of FM 2 to2.5 including,providing 10mm thick mortar joints cost of screening materials,raking out joints to15mm depth curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors , roofs having slope upto 15 degree landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands , plain window sills, staircases, and spiral stair pall complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Supplying and filling of brick bats in soak pit all complete job

Carriage of construction materials from their source to the construction site including cost of loading, transporting, unloding and stacking in countable stacks including 10% CP & 5% OHC all comolete as per specifications and direction of the E/I. Cement- 10km lead

Stone Chips - 15km lead

Bricks - 8 km lead

E. pipes in proper position including all specials by compression fitting/electro fusion and butt fusion jointing procedure as per relevant IS Code complete with all materials for jointing procedure like Electro fusion machine, Electric heater/butt fusion welding machine with hydraulic jack, top loading clamp etc. and all labours as directed by engineer in charge as per IS-7634 Part II. 65mm DIA

Supplying and fixing GI fittings of approved make all complete as per specifications and direction of E/I 65mm dia ELBOW

Earth work in back filling the trenches after laying different types and size of pipes with earth removed during excavation within initial lead and lift as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
