Repair of EOT crane having capacity of 20 ton, CHEP-3

Repair and maintenance of 20 T EOT crane ensuring safe, efficient operation as per applicable standards. It includes general inspection and maintenance of wire ropes by way of lubricating with Cardium compound, repair of wedge sockets and clamps if worn. Proper reeving of ropes over sheaves as per standards, equal tensioning of all rope falls, lubrication of wire ropes. check for cracks and wear in hook, elongation of hook neck, grooves wear. Proper alignment and check for free rotation of sheaves and bearings lubrication of bearings, sheaves and hook latch. Check for bending and wear at bearing locations of shaft and couplings. Oil refilling of gearbox with recommended grade oil. Check and rectify abnormal noise and vibration, oil viscosity and leakages, if any. Repair of brake liners if worn beyond limits. Refilling of oil level in thrusters and repair of motors for hoisting, cross travel and long travel. IR and continuity test of all motors. Testing and repair of overload protection system, limit switches, interlocks, emergency stop, alarms, lighting control panel, relays and damaged wiring
