M&L for preparation of existing bituminous surfaces, removing, dust, dirt grease and other foregion matters etc to receive the markign and M&L for thermo plastic (Reflective) line, dashes, arrows, letters etc of following size wide marking, having 2.5 mm thickness (average) of uniform surface finish conforming to BS 3262 (Part 1) 1989 read in conjunction with the MOST specification 803 clause 4.2.2 on bituminous surfaces in white/yelow clour and super imposed with glass beads confirming to BS 6088 read in conjuction with and MOST specification 803 clause 4.3.3 complete all as specified and directed:- Note: - MOST specification 803 shall be followed strictly for execution of work & suitable machine shall be used for the marking as approved by the GE. Shape & size/ patterns of marking shall be as approved by the GE.

S&F fully retro reflective engineering grade traffic sign boards of size 1200 x 900mm alongwith side post 2.4m high made out of 60mm dia pipe os stainless steel framed, 0.88mm thick MS steel. Reflective base with HPP reflective letters with bottom fixed on steel cover including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of strata including PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate as in post hole of size 300x300x450mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair high intensity prismatic dual direction twin reflector delinator having two 110 mm dia red coloured HIP intensity reflectors along with three aditional HIP red reflectors 25x75 mm over 300x165 oval shaped steel sheet 18 gauge head supported over steek tube 47mm dia of 18 gauge steel support of total height 1000 mm having flared/ welded foot for firm grip to base. All steel parts with the powder coated to make all weather resistance complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair dual directional 30 degree angle high intensity reflective Cat Eye double moulded of impact resistance ABS plastic stud 90 x 115 x 16 mm plane base having ultra-violet resistant colour (white/red/yellow) having micro cube corner spark glow PC reflectoe white/ red/ yellow for fixing with epoxy or bitumen adhesive all as complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches, pillars,etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble masonary, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, brought upto courses, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Only quantity of PCC bond stone to be deducted from quantity of random rubble masonary.

Description same all as item No. 6 above but except stone complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Old retreived serviceable stone under demolition item shall be used.

M&L for Precast PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bond stones in lieu of stone bond stones, set in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level including removal of rubbish out side MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregates, as in kerb/ benching/ coping, bed plates, for fixing of hold fast, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerb, cill, bed block, block for insertion of hold fast of door and window with and including formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone agg, with and including SBR Latex liquid polymer mixed as to be used for bonding of new concrete/ mortar to old surface, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- SBR Latex liquid polymer deemed included in the qouted ratae. (ii) SBR Latex liquid polymer shall be mixed as per manufacture instructions.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2, (40 mm graded stone agg) as in sub base of floor/ hardstanding/ footpath complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (40 mm graded stone agg) as in hard standing/ path finished even and fair without using extra cement laid in alternate panel with and including provision of constrction joint filled with sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (12.5 mm graded stone agg) as in flooring including finishing the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surface of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall surfaces including glazed tiles wherever exists including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water and removing unseviceable materials out side MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete walls surfaces mixed with SBR latex liquid polymer finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed. Note :- SBR Latex liquid polymer deemed included in the qouted ratae. (ii) SBR Latex liquid polymer shall be mixed as per manufacture instructions.

M&L for raised pointing in cement mortar (1:3) to random rubble masonary uncoursed or brought upto course complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The newly plastered surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even and smooth all as per satifaction of Engr-in-Charge. The cost of all materials, T&P and labour required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted.

M&L for 60mm thick coloured rubber moulded glossy finish machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, M-35 Grade with pre-polished, coloured/ laquar finish any shape and size, as approved confirming to IS 15658-2006 with and including over 25mm thich stone dust/ sand cushining complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length (6Kg/Sqcm pressure rating) and fixwd in retainnig wall as spout complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rubber moulded coloured glossy finish chequered cement concrete tiles, ISI Marked, set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) for following size of tile complete all as specified and as directed:-
