Job contract for Operation and Maintenance of various Electrical & Mechanical installations at NITB,Fire Pump Room,City Side,Car Parking,STP (excl.Operation) by engaging the manpower for carrying out preventive maintenance, attending breakdown maintenance/ complaints, faults, operation & routine checking, including cleaning of Elevators & Escalators with minor adjustments in other E&M installations & taking rectification action to ensure serviceability & satisfactory working condition of all the E&M installations/systems, maintenance of records/ documentation/ store/ dismantle materials etc., at round the clock basis on all working days including Sundays and holidays by engaging minimum number of staff as per the detailed terms of special conditions of contract, complete as required.

Comprehensive Maintenance contract for consisting 02 Sets of hydro pneumatic system (Containing 3 Pumps in each Set) with by deputing OEM/Authorized service dealer including Repairs and Maintenance, attending Faults of Systems, Replacement of wornout/defective components, testing,by carrying out quartely visit and attending unlimited breakdown calls and submission of service reports etc. complete as required (Make: KSB, Model: MB VT3/ VCF 15B04 + 4 KW). (Scope is excluding rewinding of electrical motors, but includes dismatling and all other related works.) (1 job refers to 1 quarterly visit)

Comprehensive Maintenance contract of intelligent Addressable Fire Alarm and detection System by deputing OEM authorized vendor, the system consists 10 loop intelligent addressable Fire panel, repeater panel, detectors, MCP, RI, VESDA panels and all other accessories (details mentioned as per SCC) installed at NITB and its associated areas, including attending all breakdown compalints and quartely prevenetive maintenance and complete as required. Note: The sope of CMC covers FACP with loop cards and desktop system excluding feild devices. (1 job refers to 1 quarterly visit)

Supply and fixing of 4P MCCB of 250 A, with breaking capacity of 36kA (Ics = Icu ), with thermal magnetic release of ABB make or its equivalent approved make by EIC in the existing Panel including providing handle, extending the bus bars / cable from the main bus bar if required, with all other accessories, interconnections, earthing, etc. as required and making it operational complete etc., as and when required.

Supply and fixing of 4P MCCB of 63 A, with breaking capacity of 25kA (Ics = Icu ), with thermal magnetic release of ABB make or its equivalent approved make by EIC in the existing Panel including providing handle, extending the bus bars / cable from the main bus bar if required, with all other accessories, interconnections, earthing, etc. as required and making it operational etc., complete as required.

Supply and fixing of direct mount extended rotating handles for the existing MCCB of rating (63 - 250)A, model RHE XT1-XT3 F/P of ABB make in the existing LT Panelboards including connections, and making it operational with handle etc. complete as and when required.

Supply and fixing of direct mount extended rotating handles for the existing MCCB of rating of 400 Amp, model RHE normal T4-T5 F/P of ABB make in the existing LT Panelboards including connections, and making it operational with handle etc. complete as required.

Supply and fixing of direct mount extended rotating handles for the existing MCCB of rating of 630 Amp, model: RHE normal T6 fixed of ABB make in the existing LT Panelboards including connections, and making it operational with handle etc. complete as and when required.

Supply, fabrication and installation of the MS channel/ angle/ flat for cable tray/ support including cutting, welding, drilling, fixing, grinding, painting etc., as required for composite M.S. works as & when required basis.

Re-winding and repair of following rating submersible/monoblock pump motors including dismantling, cutting of burnt out wire, rewinding with the same gage insulated copper wire including replacement of all the internal worn out / defective parts, re-assembling, testing of motor, transportation of the submersible pump motor set to the site etc as and on when required.

(Dismantled material shall be property of tenderer).

Servicing of following capacity Monoblock/sub-mersible pumps i/c replacement of all worn out gunmetal bushes, thrust bearings, impellers, studs sets and necessary spares and lathe work, transportation charges complete in all respect etc., as on when required.

Servicing and complete overhauling of 12.5 HP Fire hydrant jockey Pump coupled with Electric Motor including supply & repalcement of damaged parts like Pump shaft, Bearing, Oil seal, Mechanical seal, Screw & Gasket etc. as required, painting with two coats and reinstallation of servicable pump, testing and commissioning complete etc. as required.

Servicing and complete overhauling of 60 HP Fire hydrant main Pump coupled with Electric Motor including supply & repalcement of damaged parts like Pump shaft, Bearing, Oil seal, Mechanical seal, Screw & Gasket etc. as required, painting with two coats and reinstallation of servicable pump, testing and commissioning complete etc. as required.

Painting of two coats on existing street light pole (Approx. 9mtr. Ht.) including base and Single arm / double arm with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour shade, quality and brand i/c scrapping, cleaning, primer coat wherever required and making numbering for each pole etc. complete as required.

Painting of existing street light pole (Approx. 6mtr. Ht.) including base and Single arm / double arm with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour shade, quality and brand i/c scrapping, cleaning, primer coat wherever required and making numbering for each pole etc. complete as required.

Painting of Power Supply Installations and fire hydrant line with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade, quality and brand i/c scrapping and cleaning, providing putty, wherever primer coat wherever required, providing inscription as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc., as required.

Providing illuminaton with of standard coloured LED serial set (containing minimum 50 nos. lamps per set) of the New terminal building and other areas as directed by Engineer-in-charge, on hire basis (Rate per day).

Providing illumination with multicoloured LED COLOUR WASH flood lights of the New terminal building and other areas, for bright and colourfull ambience of the terminals as directed by Engineer-in-charge, on hire basis (Rate per day).

Providing illumination with RGB pixel LED running chaser (containing minimum 50 nos. lamps per set) with scrolling wishes message as directed by Engineer-in-charge for bright and colour full ambience of the New terminal building and other areas, on hire basis(Rate per day).

Providing illumination with LED Fixtures (range of 150- 200 Watts) for white, Safron & green flood lights to Terrminal building and other areas for bright and colourfull ambience as directed by Engineer-in-charge, on hire basis (Rate per day).

Providing of earth excavator-(JCB)/ Hydra Crane on hiring for hourly basis for any urgent /emergency works in the operational/ non operational area including transportation to & fro at the site, fuel, driver beta, and any other mobilization charges etc. complete as required.

Comprehensive periodical maintenance of R.O purifier cum water cooler units (Including compressor) of up to 60/80 ltr capacity,1Ø, 230 V, 50 Hz, of different makes installed at different locations including providing all necessary consumables, refrigerant gas and spares etc., complete as required
