SCHEDULE A Demolition of existing roof treatment complete of any description and in taking down existing tarfelt including tiles, lime concrete and screed bed complete from roof surfaces including parapets and lowering and removing the same to a distance exc. 3 kilometer including roughening of old concrete surface of roof , cleaning the surface by wire brushing to remove all loose dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting out cracks to `V' section (shape) in existing roof slab / terrace and cleaning out and filling solidely with cement mortar (1:1) complete all as specified and as dirceted

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of concerete surfaces over roof surface with using water proofing compound in top layer @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturers instruction and maintaining the slope and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note: WPC is deemed inclusive in the unit rate quoted.

Material and labour for water proofing treating to RCC roof with providing and applying single component acrylic polymer modified, fibre reinforced waterproof coating brushbond Roof Guard in 4 coats of application:- (a) apply primer coat with sika cool coat primer @ 0.3 Kg /sqm, (b) Over primer coat apply sika cool coat with fibre reinforcement a length of appox 1 Mtrs @ 0.75 kg/Sqm on flat surface and ensure that there is no bubbles of creases, overlapping of the fibre is minimum of 50 mm and allow this coat dry for a period of 2-6 hours depending on atmospheric condition. (c) Apply second coat of sika cool coat @ 0.75 Kg/Sqm. (d) Apply final coat of sika cool coat primer @ 0.08 kg/Sqm after seconf coat dried properly. (Note : Water proofing treatment work shall be carried out by applicator of manufacturer only duuly approved by GE in writiing.

Dismantling water tanks exceeding 500 litres but not exceeding 1000 litres capacity and keeping aside and refixing at the same location afetr repair works complete all as directed.

Dismantling water tanks exceeding 500 litres but not exceeding 1000 litres capacity including taking down of ball cock and removing from work site complete all as specified

Supply and fixed rotational moulded poly-ethylene multilayer water storage tanks ( cylinderical vertical with closed top ) 1000 itres capacity ,hoisted and fixed in position, complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed in repairs ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minimum weight 210 gms complete , screwed for 20 mm bore dia. pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed in repair Gunmetal , globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for 20 mm bore dia. iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing and removal of unserviceable pipe from work site, 20 mm bore dia all as specified.

Material and labour for 20 mm nominal bore Mild steel galvanised water tubing , medium grade , with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, any description etc.including removing of rubbished material from work site complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of concerete surfaces over roof surface with using water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturers instruction and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Supply only Integral liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS-2645-2003 complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of new surfaces of walls, chajja / facia etc and applying two coats exterior emulsion paint 100% acrylic, white or any tinted, over a coat of cement based primer including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc., of drops and splashes complete all as specified .

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surafces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified .

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surafces of walls and applying three coats of white wash including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified .

Excavating in post holes in soft/ loose soil ( or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu.m. getting out, returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around , in layer not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 M complete all as specified.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brickwork with fly ash bricks, old size, having compressive strength 75Kg sqcm, straight or curved on plan excd 6 M mean radius in built in cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

Material and labour for sand filling under floor or in foundation in layers not exc 25 cm in layers including watering and levelling and consolidation in layers compleet all as directed.

Material and labour for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm , stone or boulders, deposited , spread and levelled in layer n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in plinth protection; pathway / hardstanding etc laid in bays / panels not exc. 2.00 Sqm each including construction joints at suitable interval and each corner and filled with bituminous mastic filling (1 part bitumen & 3 part sand) and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles (1st quality) 7 to 8mm thick ( square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.16 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match. over and including 15 mm thick screeding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified ( screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured/ digital print tiles size (300 x 450 mm 6 to 7 mm thick ) as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado / riser to steps etc conforming to IS - 13712 grade IB-III set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including cement screed bed / backing layer of 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed. ( screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor ).

Material and labour for preparation of new/untreated surfaces/ of walls and applying applying two coats of colour wash including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified .

Supply and Fixing solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm X 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube supply & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing and as directed.

Supply and Fixing factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side as gap insert for top rails bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitting in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drg and as directed.

Supply and fixed in repairs of Vitreous China bowl urinal flat back, size of 465x355x265 mm White ( minimum) including providing and fixing plugs, bedding the urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement and providing grating and union for discharge pipe including 32mm bore PVC discharge pipe and urinal spreader of PTMT complete all as specified and as directed.

Suppy and fixed in repairs, aluminium anodized louvered ventilators with glass louvers , without sash bars, of aluminium sections weighing 0.55kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings and with suitable locking arrangements tc.complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described not exc.10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint (1st quality) over one coat of red oxide Zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundations etc. or for shafts, well cess pits, manholes,pier holes,sewage line, UG cables etc. but not exceeding 10 sqm on plan getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material ( soils) not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Returning ,filling in , including spreading , levelling , watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed 110 mm bore Salt - glazed stone ware drain pipes laid in trenches and jointed as specified.

Material and labour for concrete bed 1:4:8 type D-2 to drain pipes including packing, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed PVC (SWR) Gully trap,of size 125 /110 mm including jointing with solvent cement cement concrete/cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting 110 mm internal dia new drains, making good to pipe and rendering ,cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel ( 1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished , and reforming benching complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed rolled mild steel in roof trusses, ( framed), trussed purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing ( Beam, tee,angle,channel or flat sections ) including distance pieces , cleats etc. grade Fe-410-W ( Gde-E-250) quality -B complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Supply and fixed chromium plated bib taps cast copper alloy with crutch handle, fancy type, screwed for 15 mm bore dia. iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified .

Supply and fixed stainless steel sink with draining board , made out of 1mm thick sheet for kitchen or laboratory with plug, washers, waste pipe, cast iron cantilever brackets, connecting union overall size 915 mm x 460 mm with bowl size 410 mm x 355 mm x 165 mm completecomplete all as specified.

Surface dressing n.exc 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copings, benching, covings, holdfast, bed plates and like as directed including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for spreading and levelling in layer using soft / loose soil not exceeding 25 cm thick and well ramming i=ncluding watering as required in filling under floor complete all as directed.

M&L 75mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4), using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 25 mm thick , as in sub base flooring finished even and rough complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed mild steel framed work such as grills , gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged in to spikes; framed guard bars ; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters ; walk ways ; railings; frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290-Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed 1.00mm thich mild steel, plain, black sheet in hearths ; cladding to steel gate cut to size welded to steel frame etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for prepolished chemically treated coloured chequered cement concrete tiles of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 25 mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat slurry in floors and steps with grey cement and pigments laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified ( screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Material & Labour for point wiring with 1.50 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) PVC insulated (FRLS) unsheathed single core multi stranded copper conductor cable of working voltage 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-694 Pt I & II of 2000 drawn through and including PVC conduit of adequate size having a wall thickness not less than 1.5 mm with all accessories (including cutting chases & making good the disturbed surface to its original specification), including provision of 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) PVC insulated (FRLS) unsheathed single core multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor, connected to main switch / DBs or common earth dolly for one light / fan point / exhaust point controlled by one 5 Amps one way switch complete all as specified and as directed for light /fan point controlled by one way switch 5/6 amps. Note: Red coloured cable shall be used for live connection, black coloured cable shall be used for neutral connection and green coloured cable shall be used for earthing. Separate cable for earthing and neutral to be used for each individual circuit from the distribution board.

Supplying and fixing Galvanised mild steel pipe /tubing, light grade complete with all fittings of 25 mm bore dia, laid in trenches / under roads, fixed to poles/ walls with Mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation & Earth work shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply and fixing exhaust fan 300mm sweep steel body with louvers 900 rpm 50 Hz 230 volts AC, fixed in existing opening of wall and point and making good distrubed surfaces complete all as specified.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and exceeding 1.5 m and n.exc 3 mtr in depth; for foundations etc. or for shafts, well cess pits, manholes,pier holes,sewage line, UG cables etc. but not exceeding 10 sqm on plan getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified.

Supplying, transporting, erecting and fixing Steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 ( 9.0 metres long) complete with cast iron base plate, finial, taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified, including necessary excavation and earth work , PCC 1:4:8 type D2 in foundations below pole, PCC 1:3:6 type C2 around poles and PCC 1:3:6 type C1 as in plinth block , disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed, painting steel tubular poles exposed surafces with Aluminium paint two coats over one coat of red oxide primer and providing 300 mm wide bands (3 bands/ straps with synthetic enamel paint and 2 bands with Black bituminous paint ) from plinth block and numbering of poles , painting embedded portion of poles with one coat of bituminous paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed LED street light fitting made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and unique peanut lens to ensure uniform light distribution , higher spacing between poles and maintenance free system of 90 Watts, 110 lumen per watt , IP-66 , heat resistant toughened glass, electronic driver, epoxy powder coated finish with all accessories duly prewired , surge protection not less than 5 KV complete all as specified.

Supply & fixing pole junction box (Loop IN and Loop OUT) of size 250mm x 190mm x 150mm, made out of 2.00 mm CRCA sheet CPRI approved factory made, weather, dust & vermin proof with front door and suitable locking arrangemennt including applying two coats of Powder coated paint over exposed external & internal sufaces with three phase and neutral copper busbar of size 20x3mm wrapped with PVC sleeves with maintained the colour code and provision of making holes with copper nuts, boolts & washers for cable connections mounted on hyydrographic insulators with nuts & bolts at both ends off busbar and one no SP 6 Amps 'C' series mounted on DIN rail including dismantling/takking out old unserviceable any type of busbar box from existing position all complete as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing street light bracket made out of GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia 1.2 mtr length bent to shape and reduced to required size at top upto 1.2 mtr length by cutting, welding and well finishing including MS clamp of flat iron of size 25 x 5 mm suitable length 2 Nos complete with drilling, hole, fixing with nuts bolts and washers including painted with two coats aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for one run of 1.5 sqmm 2 core nominal cross sectional area PVc sheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable, 1100 Volts grade PVC insulated and PVC sheathed cable from pole junction box to light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing 20 mm nominal bore dia, 3mm wall thickness PVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf/sqcm fixed with MS flat iron clamp of size 20 x 3mm at every 1.5 m length of pipe with nuts and bolts fixed to pole /walls, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations / coping and stay with and including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed in repairs MCB TPN 32 Amps, 'C' series 10kA, 240 Volts and to be housed in DBs complete including necessry connection all as specified and directed. (Note :- Proper and suitable size cable lugs to be fixed with MCB are included in unit rate of each MCB of any rating).

Supplying and fixing Galvanised mild steel pipe /tubing, light grade complete with all fittings of 40 mm bore dia, laid in trenches / under roads, fixed to poles/ walls with Mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation & Earth work shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply & fixed stepped type electronic fan regulator flush type 120/280 Volts ISI marked complete all as specified .

Supply and fixing ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep, 230 volts AC 50 Hz, metal body with BEE 5 STAR rating comforming to IS-374-1979 including necessary connection with prewired 3 core flexible multistrand copper cable complete all as specified.
