Taking down cement or cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. To receive new plaster complete all as specified

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick-work or on one side of lathing of stone masionary or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 12 mm thick modified polymer ready mix plaster to Concrete surfaces wall finished even and fair with 3 % of weight of cement WPC , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling of concrete surface and finishing the surface even and smooth all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying 1 coat of wall care white putty, 1-2mm thick and further applying 2 coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of wall priming paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls and applying 1 coat of wall care putty,2mm thick and further applying two coat of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces in walls soffits, facia roof and applying Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade(Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives@ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces. at any height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge of weather coat primer all as specified.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old plastered/unplastered surfaces and applying two coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing of rubbish complete all as specified and directed.
