GE/KHU-103/2025-26 REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF LT CABLES INCLUDING REPAIR OF GARDEN LIGHTS, GATE LIGHTS AND ALLIED ITEMS ETC IN THE AOR OF AGE E/M UNDER GE KHUMBATHANG

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m in depth deep for laying of pipe, cable, foundation of electric pole etc and getting out in hard soil, complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.(Surplus soil if any shall not be removed but left over the trench)

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying in repair double walled corrugated HDPE Pipes of size 50 mm dia as per IS 16205 Anti termite, Anti Rodency and Non flame propagation propety etc for protection of LT cables complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repair LED Bollards 8 watt for pathways and garden are made with aluminium extrusion for sturdiness and better finish UV stapilized injection moulded opa; polycarbonate diffuser for spot- free lighting and IP65 degree of protection including foundation complete all as specified and directed. .

Supply and fix in reapir sheet metal enclosure SPN DB 02 way,single phase 240 volts double door with 200 amp rated bus bar complete all as directed.

M&L in repair for Main Circuit breaker single pole & neutral (SPN) 240 volt C curve 10 KA 32/40 Amps capacity IP 20 complete all as specified and directed incl taking down old one.

S&F in repair Post top lantern LED Type 40 Watt 230 volts AC outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect light IP65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp including GI Pipe and PCC (1:3:6) for foundation of Pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out the UG XLPE cable insulated armoured /unarmoured PVC sheathed laid in trenches/ passing through GI tubing /on pole /on wall of any size and type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip armoured electric power heavy duty 1100 Volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 Sq mm 3.5 core complete all as directed.

S&F in repair MCCB 4 pole 400 Amps 36KA Thermal magnetic and Microprocessor release with thermal magnetic setting type incl providing suitable thimbles/extended terminal with nuts,bolts and washers etc. all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair MCCB 4 pole 250 Amps 25 KA Thermal magnetic setting type incl providing suitable thimbles/extended terminal with nuts,bolts and washers etc. all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F in repair MCCB 4 pole 200 Amps 25 KA Thermal magnetic setting type incl providing suitable thimbles/extended terminal with nuts,bolts and washers etc. all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F in repair MCCB 4 pole 160 Amps 25 KA Thermal magnetic setting type incl providing suitable thimbles/extended terminal with nuts,bolts and washers etc. all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron strip 32X6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers etc made of GI and connected to earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I of 2009.00 & as specified or indicated and testing on completion including exaction/earth work in any type of strata PCC ( 1:3:6 ) type C1 earthing chamber, pre cast slab 50 mm thick in cement concrete ( 1: 2 : 4 ) type B 1 ( reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) weight not less than 4 Kg / Sqm), funnel with wire mesh, I watering pipe of 20 mm bore medium grade and lugs, including galvanised iron strip 32X6 mm with GI protection pipe of 40 mm medium grade 7.5 meter long, etc complete all as specified.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth plate not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below the normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire of 4.0 mm dia by means of nuts bolts, washers, check nuts of iron or steel including PCC pits and RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 (type B-1) and necessary earth work in any type of soil medium grade GI watering pipe 20 mm dia with funnel and wire mesh and 15mm bore GI pipe light grade protection pipe upto test point etc including excavation and charcoal, common salt surrounded with 15cm all around the plate all as specified and shown in EP-3 of SSR Part-I. all specified and directed.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/Dismantled material Rs (-)95,000.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II (Credit Schedule) Note : Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount, to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum'.
