Opening Top Lid Cover of Transformer 100 KVA to 200 KVA, 11000/ 433 Volts outdoor type, disconnecting all Internal Connections of HT/ LT Side for Cleaning of Core and Winding by means of Washing by Hosing Down with Clean Dry Oil to remove dust/ sludge on Core and Coil, Cleaning of Oil Tank to remove Sludge deposited, Replacement of Rusted Gasket Set, Burnt Spindle, Broken/ Unserviceable HV/ LV Ceramic Bushing, Broken Arc Horn, Surge Arrestor, Replacement of Silica Gel, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Cost of Transformer Oil for Cleaning by Hosing down shall deem to be included in the QUOTED UNIT RATE. (b) Gasket Set, HT/ LT Side Ceramic Bushing, Spindle for HT/ LT Side and Are Horn Surge Arrester etc. for Replacement shall deem to be including in the quoted rate.

Dehydration/ Filtration of Transformer Oil by means of Centrifugal Filtration Plant to achieve the specified Di-electric Strength not less than 40 KV at 2.5 mm Gap in Existing Position of Transformer of any Capacity and Transformer Oil for Topping Up at various Transformer location complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Transformer Oil to be used for TOP UP shall be Measured and Paid for separately.

Supply & Top up of New Transformer Oil, conforming to IS:335-1983 to achieve a Di-electric strength not less than 40 KV with oil testing kit 4.0 mm thick to Top Up of the Transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for opening off HT RMU compact outdoor type which consists of, cleaning the dusting inside & out side, and decarbonising the contact and applying greasing/ oiling for the mechanical parts and including the replacement of the defective items as following :- (a) Replacement of indicating lamps - 03 Numbers. (b) Replacement of internal wiring for indicating lamps - 03 Numbers. (c) Replacement of wiring for tripping coil (No Volt coil), tripping switch set. (d) Replacement of No Volt coil of suitable capacity - 01 Number. (e) Complete servicing and testing of RMU,check control cable connection,check power cable connection, checking gas pressure in RMU, checking earth fault relay, Over load relay, digital voltmeter, digital ammeter, indication lamp, over load triping setting and all the protective equipment inside the RMU to be serviced and working properly with necessary replacement of defective equipments complete all as specified and as directed. (f) Cleaning systhetic rubber boot if damaged change the boot.

Material and labour for dismantling/ taking out incoming & outgoing HT 11 KV cable from RMU 11 KV 630A and taking out RMU from the platform/ foundation with the help of chain pulley and hydra arrangement and taking out to the work shop/ factory to refilling SF6 Gas and repairs/ replacement of falted item for smooth functioning of RMU and control system and the same to be refixing on the platform/ foundation after repairs/ replacement of SF6 Gas and connecting item and refixing including labour and transportation charges complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-1. Bus bar panel shall be fixed in lieu of unserviceable RMU the HT Bus bar panel to be measured and paid seperataly under this schedule. 2. Transpotation charges shall deem to be included in the QUOTED UNIT RATE.
