Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar (like for interlocking tile , kota stone, cuddapa stone and marbles( complete all as directed.

Demolition of wall/ ceiling boards (fibre pulp insulation etc.) or insulations boards /slabs/blankets any thickness incl. cover fillets and alum snap grid complete all as directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding/plaster (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises etc complete all as directed.

Demolition of concrete ( un reinforced ) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as directed.

M&L for MS Plates (plain or chequrred) channels,square cut, notched chamfer or square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes without any attachment with MS Gde Fe 410-0 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexogonal or square heads at one end & screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers & one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt n.exc 5 cm long, diameter of shank 11 mm to 15mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for mild steel bolts purpose made with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square not exceeding 30cm long of dia of neck in mm exc 12 and not exc 20mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as per manufactures instructions with all fittings and accessories etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 0.50 mm pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws as specified etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for Machine cut cudappah stone slab 20-25mm thick over cement screed base, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed no pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishingcomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for Marble work green marble 18 to 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in CM (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with green marble shade complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over and including cement screed based 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab incl cutting polishing and rubbing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for Non-skid coloured Ceramic tiles of 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the coloured tiles including 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square or Rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.11 Sqm but not exc. 0.18 sqm, as in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile including 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

All as per item No 26 above but on skirtings incl 10 mm th rendering in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for vitrified coloured tiles 10mm th (square/rectangular) polished area of each tile 0.30 sqm but n exc 0.42 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm th screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F Aluminium anodised snap grid false ceiling, for insulation and acoustic purpose, using standard aluminium sections of size 35.60 mm x 23.60 mm x 1.60 mm as in wall angle, 23.60 mm x 23.60 mm x 1.60 mm as in Main/ Cross Tees and 26.00 mm x 26.00 mm x 1.60 mm angles for grid of size 605 x 605mm suspended with 4mm dia. GI wire at intervals n.exc. 600mm centre to centre and fixed to roof truss with suitable size MS hooks and fastening bolts etc. from sloping/flat roof including 12 mm thick Gypsum ceiling boards of size 600mm x 600mm fixed with clips to aluminium snap grid including preparation of exposed surfaces of ceiling boards and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion distemper over a coat of primer all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing treatment of any description and any layer from roof including scraping and roughening old by picking, sweeping clean and washing down to remove dust etc.complete and applying/brushing the cleaned surface with neat cement slurry 3 Kg per Sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete surfaces / slabs with admixture of integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement for filling depressions if any to receive water proofing treatment (WPC shall be measured & paid seperately) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for water proofing treatment using polymerised membrane to roof slab. Water proofing treatment shall be as under :- (a) The roof surface shall be thoroughly wire brushed, washed, dried up & cleaned to remove all foreign materials & dust to receive primer. (b) On the dried roof surface, apply one coat of bituminous primer @ 100 Gm/ Sqm as per manufacturers instruction. (c) On this primed surface, the approved APP modified bituminous membrane with non woven polyester mat asreinforcement weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/ Sqm laid by torch application metho and top surface shall be applied with bituminous aluminium paint. (d) The overlap while torching shall be 75mm on longitudinal direction & 100mm on transverse direction.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate lacing coarse at junctions of roof and parpet wall as specified and directed.
