Annual maintenance work of 33KV Lines/11KV Lines/LT Lines,11/0.4 KV Substations, Handling of consumer complaints, Releasing of new connections, Disconnection of defaulter consumers and replacement of IDF meter under Barakot section of Champawat

Annual operating and maintanance work of 33/11 KV substation Barakot for one year. As per site condition 4 nos of trained employees(4 Nos X 12 Months = 48 Employees/Year) should be deployed to execute above work for 24X7 smooth operation of substation

Annual Maintanance work of 33 KV line,11KV line,LT line and DTRs in rural feeders (Barakot,Regru and Simalkhet) ie. Lopping ,chopping of tree branches near 33 KV,11KV and L.T. lines,attend breakdowns replacements of blown HT/LT fuse,tightening of HT/LT side jumpers earthing 11 KV TPMO etc, cleaning of substations and all associated works to keep these lines and 11/0.4 KV substations in healthy and operating condition to cater supply to consumers connected with system for one year. As per site condition 10 nos of trained staff ( 10 Nos X 12 Months = 120 Employees/Year)should be deployed to execute above work. Details of infrastructure as below: A- 33 KV LINES-37.00 KM B-11 KV LINES 197.9 KM C-LT LINES 228.3 KM D-Release of new L&F Connection E- Replacement of Electromechnical/Defective/Burnt Meters. Capacitywise connected distribution T/Fs. Maintanance ie. Replacement of blown HT/LT fuse,tightening of HT/LT side jumpers,earthing,11 KV TPMO etc. and cleaning of substations under section Barakot. (5 % of total installed T/F ie. 8 No.T/F replaced at work site quantity as below (T/F will be provided by the department) Note:- If damage rate found more than 5 % than these T/F will be repaired and replaced by contractor at his own cost and T/F will be not provided by department The detail Description of work is enclosed with Technical bid Part "A"
