Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth & getting out, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes or for laying underground cable, pipe lines etc. in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) n exc. 50m distance and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of road / hardstanding upto a size not exceeding 20 cm in width and not exceeding 60 cm in depth for laying of LT UG cable protection pipe line, making good the disturbed portion so as to match existing finishing or with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L dry clean sand cushioning to PVC under ground cable with screened and washed sand and punning to provide a required cover complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Thickness after punning shall be considered for payment.

M&L for pulverized fuel Ash-lime bricks (Fly ash bricks - non modular size), class 10, laid dry and flat adjoining each other over sand cushion in trenches as protection to UG cable, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600mm x 6.0 mm, buried directly in ground (earth plate not less than 2.25 Mtr below normal ground level) connected to galvanized earth strip of 25x4 mm dia by means of bolts, buts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron on steel including 40 mm bore light grade GI tubing for protection of earth strip, MS sheet metal funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe medium grade 20 mm bore, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternative layer of 15 Cm compacted thickness all around the electrode with concrete earth pit of PCC 1:3:6 type 75 mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 pit cover reinfored with 8 mm dia deformed bar and suitable handle made of 10 mm dia round bar including necessary excavation, earth work, in soft/loose soil and disposal of spolis to a distance not exc 50 Mtr and necessary connection and testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 and including dismantling of old u/s earthing complete all as specified and directed.complete all as specified and directed. Notes: - (a) Irrespective of whatever is shown in plate No 3 of SSR, earth pit shall be casted in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 and precast cover of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 with suitable handle. (b) Item includes the cost of GI pipe for protection of earth wire and earth lead strip upto 7.5 m.

S&F in renewal of 50 mm bore Steel water tubing, light grade, galvanised, with all fitting, laid in trenches/fixed to walls/poles etc as protection to cables, with and including necessary MS clamps, nuts botls, washers etc required for fixing, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commisioning XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, 1100 Volt grade (ISI marked), laid in trenches / ducts / encased in GI pipe / fixed to pole/wall with necessary angle iron support, clamp, nut , bolts etc and including taking down old unserviceable existing XLPE LT UG cables complete all as specified and directed for following cross sectional areas of cables :- Cross Sectional area of cable 150 Sqmm, 3.5 core

Disconnection of electric connection from existing LT Panel, dressing of cable ends including repair of body of LT panel, repair/welding work of gates, hinges of the door including rewiring by copper conductor control cables of suitable size, replacement of burnt out aluminium lugs and fixing new lugs, nuts bolt etc, replacment of unserviceable accessories/components of LT Panel such as MCCB, voltmeter, ameter, indicator lamp etc including painting of LT panel complete with inner & outer with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint using spray painting machine, necessary excavation & earth work required for taking out & refixing the incoming and out going cables etc, complete all specified and directed. Note :- Renewal of unserviceable accessories/components like MCCBs, Bus bar, Volt meter, Ameter & Indicator lamp etc shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items as supply only. However cost of fixing the same shall be deemed included in the unit rates of this item.
