1- The Bidder must have valid class A Electrical Contractor license issued by Uttarakhand State Authority on the date of tender Submission. Yes/No

2- Bidders have experience of operation and maintenance of 33/11 KV S/s or higher voltage substation or construction/ maintenance of 33 KV/11 KV line with distribution T/F’s installation/R & R successfully of 100% tender value for any govt. power utilities /PSU’s/ State Govt. during last 5 years on the date of bid opening. And must have satisfactory operation and maintenance for one (1) year as on the date of bid opening. Bidders shall provide performance certificate for the same issue from any govt. power utilities /PSU’s/ State Govt. Yes/No

3- Minimum Average Annual Turnover (MAAT) of the bidder for preceding three financial years (2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25) should not be less than Rs 1.50 Cr. bidder shall submit Audited Balance sheet of the same along with the bid. Average Turnover Yes/No

4- The tenderer must have registration of Income Tax/GST and EPF/ESI chalan of latest by three month. Yes/No

5- An undertaking on Rs 100/- non judicial stamp paper duly notarized by that the bidder has not been blacklisted/ debarred by any Govt. undertaking/Govt. Departments / SEB’s/ Power Sector Utilities. In case same is found then their tender/order shall be treated as cancelled at any stage and EMD/Performance security shall be forfeited. Yes/No

6- Bidder have to submit validity of offer for 180 days from the date of opening of tender on 100/- stump paper along (as per sheet enclosed)(hard copy of the same must be submitted). Yes/No

7- Earnest money in shape of BG/DD/FDR/CDR should be vaild for 180 days from the date of opening of tender + 45 days claim periods.(hard copy of the same must be submitted). Yes/No

(a) In case a bid is submitted by a Joint Venture (JV) the partners of Joint Venture should collectively meet all above Qualifying Requirements. Yes/No

(b) One of the partners shall be nominated as lead Partner/bidder and this authorization shall be evidenced by submitting a Power of Attorney signed by legally authorized signatories of both/all the partners.Lead Partner should have undergrounding experience. Yes/No

(C) The Lead Partner shall be authorized to incur liabilities and receive instructions for and on behalf of any partners of the Joint Venture, and the entire execution of the Contract, including payment, shall be done exclusively with the Lead PARTNER. Yes/No

(D) All partners of the Joint Venture shall be liable jointly and severally for the execution of the Contract in accordance with the contract terms , and a statement to this effect shall be included in the authorization mentioned under (ii) above as well as in the Bid Form and in the Contract Form( in case of a successful Bid ).
