M&L for earthing complete with galvanished steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground and earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below NGL and top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr deep below NGL, surrounded with adequate qty of char coal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness not less than 15 Cm on all sides of earth plate incl excavation, earth work, returning filling in , removal of surplus soil to a distance in n.exc. 50 mtr incl GI wire 4mm dia nut bolts etc to earth plate one end connected to continuous earth wire incl GI pipe watering light grade with CI funnel and wire mesh and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover 50mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 duly re-enforced with MS bar 6mm dia @ 150mm C/C both ways with 10mm dia MS bar lifting handles, all as described in electric plate No. 3 of SSR part-I complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches/wall/floors GI tube medium grade including all required fittings complete all as specified & directed of following size25 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for GI pipe and fixed complete all as directed of following 25 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Pit masonry for valves and meters constructed complete with MS sheet cover and locking arrangement including brick wall,plaster(internal/external) in cement mortar (1:4), two coats of white washing to exposed surface,painting to MS sheet cover with enamelled(black/green) paint over a coat of red oxide of the following 600mm x 600mm x 600mm. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying cable XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, galvanised steel strip of wired armored. Electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 V grade with stranderd aluminium conducter of size 10 Sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L river washed and screeened dry fine sand filling in trenches below and above / around under ground cable for cable protection including punniing around cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying , un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover ,class LV,Type I,flat,size 250mmX150mmX40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosure double door type for MCBs DB SPN(Single pole and neutral) 240V AC 4 way with 200 Amps rated busbar all as specified and directed .(Make- legrand/ Hair/ Schnider)

Supply and fixing MCB 6 to 32 Amp 'C' series 10 KA repturing capacity complete all as specified.

Supply & fix metal body exhaust fan of 300mm sweep & provan of connection cable copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm 3 core, PVC insulated complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing sub main wiring two single core 4 sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable ( FRLS ) 1100Volts grade drawn in & including rigid PVC conduit 20mm dia or more medium grade concealed in wall along with 2.5 Sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable (FRLS ) as earth wire and wire connected with main earth dolly including cutting chasing and making good disturbed portion all as specified and directed

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the BIS specifications shall be followed. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC/RCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
