Material and labour for maintenance and servicing of First Aid Hose Reel dismantling from the downcomer pipe and grease/oil all the internal parts, changing damaged hose clips, shut off nozzle if any damaged or not winding properly, and refix the same complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for maintenance and servicing of double door hose box painting inside and outside with Fire red colour paint (Signal Red) and with changing of broken front glass if any, refixing the same complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for maintenance and servicing of 5 Loop Fire Alarm panel morely IAS Z*5, smoke detectors, heat dectectors, other connected accessories of the entire system, fire alarm cable, etc. installed at CGAE Nedumbassery premises and refixing of all internal parts,re-programming and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for servicing of Beam Detector including replacing the defective parts and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and installation in repair of smoke detector including testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Carry out maintenance of the following EOT cranes including replacement of defective parts and consumable such as HRC fuzes, grease, gear oil and brake shoes/liners and bolts, nuts coupling bolts and bushes during maintenance period and attending breake down as and when required effective operation of EOT cranes and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of following capacity cranes:- Note: The Inspection shall be carried out by the representative of OEM only (SAFEX energy Pvt Ltd) once in a 4 month/as and when directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of inspection of representative OEM as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

(a) EOT Crane of capacity 3.00 ton capacity.

(b) EOT Crane of capacity 5.00 ton capacity.

Carry out load test of crane under 110% of full load capacity of EOT crane on hoisting/traveling including loading, unloading, handling and returning the test load and certification after testing the crane from Kerala State Electrical Inspectorate of the following crane:-

(a) EOT Crane of capacity 3.00 ton capacity.

(b) EOT Crane of capacity 5.00 ton capacity.
