Excavation in earthwork in hilly area all heights and depths, in all kind of soil including saturated soil comprising of mixed soil, ordinary rock and hard rock. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damage to hill side, water pollution, etc. and to protect stability of hill side. Rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). All earth work in cutting/excavation, including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines, grades, side slopes, width, camber, super-elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, in conformity with the requirement of technical specification for Rural Road, August, 2004 and clause 16.2 of General Conditions for Contract to achieve designed formation width including hauling and stacking of material useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner, trimming, filling of unevenness, blindage and finishing of the road to specified dimensions or as directed by the Engineer-in charge for smooth riding. The recovery of useful stone that is 1246.20 cum. (One Thousand Two hundred forty six and point two only Cubic Metre) in all cases, @ Rupees 170/= only (Rupees one hundred seventy only) per cubic metre shall be effected on pro rata basis. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of excavation shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases.

Preparing and applying of Tack Coat with Nanotechnology water soluble organo silane nanotechnology (for bitumen emulsion application, IRC approved) with cationic bitumen emulsion CRS1 and water (<1000 ppm TDS) in the ratio of 1.4 kg organo silane nanotechnology: 100 kg cationic bitumen emulsion CSS1 : 200 liter water . Mixing & Spraying : Take 1.4 kg of organo silane nanotechnology and add in 200 liter water while filling water in tanker/drum and then add 100 kg cationic bitumen emulsion under circulation. Mix the solution completely. Spray the solution @ 0.375 liter per sqm on compacted stone base. Rates including all materials, labour, hire Charges of machinery etc. complete as per MoRD specifications & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete 30 mm ( twenty five milimetre ) thick with 100-120 (one hunderd -one hundred twenty ) TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 ( seventy five ) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 ( five point four to five point six ) per cent of mix and filler, and filler with Zycotherm 0.1% by weight of Bitumen transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 (five hundred nine ) complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing "Citizen Information Boards" as per specifications and drawings Two MS Plates of 1.60mm thick duly welded with MS angle iron frame 25mmx25mmx5mm on edges supported with 2Nos horizontal posts made of 75mmx75mm of 125SWG Steel tube duly embanded in and including cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 600mm x600x750mm below ground level. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. Part-II:- Routine maintenance after completion of construction work as per term and condition of bid document and technical specification of ministry of rural development and rural roads including hauling carriage of all labour , equipment and materials to various location through all modes of transportations, all leads, lifts to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, or other taxes imposed by the Government excluding GST.
