REPAIR/MAINT OF APPROACH PATH, HARD STANDING, FENCING, BOUNDARY WALL AND STEEL GATES IN SECTOR 31 UNDER GE (AF) MC CHANDIGARH

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with Fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No. 2 here-in-before but except bricks.

M&L for providing cement concrete Type B-0 (1:2:4) (12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings, bed plates, bed block & hold fasts etc. including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete blocks Type B-1 (1:2:4) (20mm graded aggregate) as in bed blocks, kerbs stone etc, setting in cement mortar 1:4, dismantling old kerb stone and removing out side defence land, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, is to be finished fair & even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Rough cast plaster After applying the under coat of cement and sand mortar 1:3 not less than 10 mm thick and while it is still in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on the texture required) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1: 1: 1 shall be applied and finished even. The mix of cement and sand shall be made slightly wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger aggregates are thoroughly covered complete all as specified and directed, including taking down cement plaster and racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separetely.

M&L for keyed pointing to brick wall in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only integral WPC as per manufacture instructions ) complete all as specified.

M&L for broken glass coping on top of walls in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L two coats of cement base paint on plastered/ brick surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces priming plastered and other surafce with alkali resistant primer paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15 cm thickness (Below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L spike rolling to surface or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green.

M&L 25 mm sand cushioning bed for interlocking tiles including well rammed and consolidation all as per direction by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L rubberised Machine pressed pre polished precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape/ colors and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-30 grade with grey cement and matching pigment, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 17 here-in-before but refixing old dismantling interlocking paver tiles, including dismantling, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Parking tiles 400x400mmx 12mm thk matte finish of any desired pattern over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar1:6, Manufacture test certificate is complusary certificate of tiles for to be produced by the contractor. Make : Orient-bell, Somany, Kajaria.

Excavating in trenches not exceed 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells cess pita, man holes pier holes etc not exceed 10 Sqm on plan and not excced 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning , filling in , including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated material exc. 250m but n. exc. 1.00 Km and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling old posts or struts embedded in concrete block of any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturb ground, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes , notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc, ) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in Repairs Galvanised 2 strand ,steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standerd rails straining bolts ,including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire ,staples or steel pins ,etc as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removal of Debris /demolished material out of MOD land upto 5KM from the starting point of collection.

Note :- Amount of credit of Rs. 27125.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
