Providing services for Manning and operation in two shifts (each shift of 08 hrs duration) including Sunday and Holidays by employing one Pump Operator (Semi Skilled) for each shift including minor maintenance and upkeep the installation neat and clean maintaining the running record of assests and the installation complete all as directed and entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge for operation of following assests at :- (A) PUMP HOUSE No. 1:- (a) Centrifugal pump set of capacity (10 HP to 15 HP) with control panels. (b) Filter plant (c) U/G Pipe line of any size / lenth (d) Diffrent type of valves (e) Liquid dozing chlorination plant (f) Submersible pump Up to 10 HP (g)U/G sump of capacity 50,000 Gallon- 01 No (B) Pump House No. 2 & 3:- (a) Centrifugal pump set of capacity (upto 7.5 HP) with control panels. (b) Liquid dozing chlorination plant (c) U/G sump of capacity 20,000 Gallon- 01 No (d) U/G sump of capacity 10,000 Gallon- 01 No (e) U/G Pipe line of any size / lenth (f) Diffrent type of valves

(j) STP Pipe line of any size / lenth (i) Total No. of locations = 03 Nos (ii) Pump Operator (Semi Skilled) required for each location - 02 Nos (iii) Total Nos of Pump Operator (Semi Skilled) required = 2x3 = 06 Nos Notes:- (i) The Pump House operator in each shift shall maintain the adequate water in the UG reservoir in order to fill the overhead tanks by operating the bore well pump. In case of any break down or non availability of water in the existing system, the operator shall operate the bore well pumps of other areas in the ring main system as directed. Nothing extra payment shall be given to the contractor on this account. (ii) The unit rate quoted includes for cleaning the Pump House rooms & DG set rooom and all connecting machineries including DG sets installed including cleaning the surrounding areas of the pump Houses all as specified.

Notes:- (iii) The operator on respective shifts shall move by Cycle or any suitable vehicle as arranged by the contractor for manning or attending repairs for all areas mentioned above. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Minimum 3 Cycles shall be procured before commencement of contract. Failing Rs. 2000/- PM per cycle will be recovered as penality. (iv) The operator shall run the Stand by DG sets installed as instructed by the EIC/JE E/M . (v) The contractor shall maintain daily log sheet on the prescribed proforma duly signed by the contractor/authoried agent, operator. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (vi) All the complaints/ repair works received /assign on a particular day will be addressed and completed preferabily on that particular day only (upto 1700 hrs) or within 36 hrs from time of receiving the complaints. If, contractor or his tradesmen fails to attend and complete all the complains/ repair works on the same day or within 36 hrs from time of receiving the complaints, the compensation/ penalty of Rs. 500.00 (Rupees five hundred only) per complaint/repair work shall be recovered from the contractor's dues. (vii) In case of any accident occurs during operation of operator /helper /indl, the contractor shall pay coppentation as decided by the competent auth Dept will not responsible for the same. (viii) The contractor shall provide sufficient T&P for the Pump Operator. No extra payment shall be given to the contractor on this account. (ix) The Pump Operator shall report to the JE E/M complaint cell every day. The Pump Operator shall collect their daily complaints as instructed by the concerned JE E/M and will return their complaints slips (duly signed by the Users) after rectification.

Notes:- (x) The Pump Operator will have sufficient knowledge about the water supply pipe line system in DI, CI & GI system including knowledge of diffrent pipe line joints, Valves etc (xi) The contractor shall provide extra labour in case of any major break down of water supply in the distribution pipe line system for rectification and no extra payment shall be given on this account. (xii) The quoted rate shall inclusive of all stationary like running log book, break down and shut down register, duty rosters, attendance register etc all as directed. (xiii) Any abnormal functioning , variations in performance of any mechniary / electrical panel etc noticed the same shall be reported immediately to the department. (xiv) All statutory deduction from payment and employes contribution like ESIC and EPF shall be done through period of contract and declaration by the firm along with proof shall be submitted before claming of payment. (xv) Payment to the trademen employed shall be disbursed only through AAdhar linked bank account and proof of the same shall be submitted every month to the deparment, without such proof no part bill/final bill will be allowed. (xvi) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of providing uniform, protective clothing and arranging required tools, instruments for normal maintenance of electric supply / distribution system. Each operator shall be wearing neat, clean and ironed uniform comprising of Sky Blue colour Shirt/Top bearing MES logo and words "Military Engineer Services" displayed on the front pocket. Trouser/Bottom shall be Navy Blue colour. The operator shall also wear his name plate.

Item No. 1.00 Contd... (xvii) The contractor shall make necessary arrangement for employing the required trademen continously without any period of absent. If any Tradesman/Helper is found absent on any day, a double recovery of Rs 1050/- per day/Per shifts for Electrician, Pump operator, Plumber, AC operator, SCADA operator and Rs 810/- Per day/Per shifts for helper will be imposed on the Contractor and will be recovered from the payment due to Contractor. (xviii) Unless otherwise directed by Engineers-in-Charge, shift hours shall be 0600 hrs to 1400 Hrs (First Shift) and 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs (second Shift) in case of two shifts and 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs (first shift), 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs (second Shift) and 2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs (Third Shift) in case of three shifts. (xix) The rate quoted shall not be less then minimum wages as notified by govt of India/State Govt/Local body whichever is higher including all statutory provision such as EPF, ESIC, bonus, Taxes etc and rate of GST as applicable on the last due date of bid submission. (xx) In such case the lowest tender shall be determine by the lowest amount amongst valid/bonafide bids only. (xxi) NIL or Zero quoting against OH & Profit shall be render the bids as Non bonafide. (xii) Contribution Towards Bonus that the amount is payable only after submission of valid and authentic documents in support of having paid the requisite amount of bonus to the workmen, ie proof of payment . Similarly items/sub-items of ‘contribution towards EPF’ and ‘contribution towards ESIC’ shall also be payable after submission of valid & authentic document in support of proof of payment
