Clearing and grubbing land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes,shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification

Excavation in all kind of soil

Concrete with cement, coarse sand and 40 mm gauge stone ballast in proportion 1:4:8 in foundations and floors including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.(Based on PWD specifications)

Random Rubble Stone Masonry laid in 1:6 cement and sand mortar, in breast walls, retaining walls, parapets, scuppers, etc. including supply of all material, labour, T&P and royaltiies etc.(As per PWD Uttarakhand specifications)

Plain/reinforced cement concrete in substructure complete as per drawings and technical specification..Nominal mix 1:2:4 (Hand mixed)

Centring and shuttering for foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc.

Back filling behind retaining wall/breast wall

Pointing with cement mortar 1:3
