Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth and getting out in hard / dense soil including levelling of bottom surface for laying cables etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveing, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick after laying of XLPE cable and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material [Soils] to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Reinforced precast cement concrete cable cover of class LV, type 1, flat, of size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm, as protection cover on cable, laid dry and flat adjacent to each other, complete all as specified.

M&L for Natural river sand as cushioning of cable, including spreading and punning down all as per clause No. 3.21 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified. Note - Punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

M&L for Earthing in repairs complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level, connected to but using galvanised iron strip 32×6mm as earthing lead (upto 7.5 M in length from earth plate) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No. 3, connected to earthing test point all as specified including earth work and excavation in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber and RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 40 mm thick, with 8 mm dia steel deformed (TMT bars) reinforcement at 150mm c/c both ways, 20 mm dia GI light grade pipe for earth lead protection, 20 mm dia GI light grade pipe for watering , water funnel, testing point etc., complete all as specified and testing on completion.

Material and labour for overhauling of pump set 40HP capacity, by dismantling completely with and including replacing unserviceable ball bearing, shaft sleeve, gland, neck ring gland rope sheld, unserviceable Nut bolt, washer etc. assembling back the complete pump and fixing alignment to the original position and coupling with pump, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for overhauling of pump set 30HP capacity, by dismantling completely with and including replacing unserviceable ball bearing, shaft sleeve, gland, neck ring gland rope sheld, unserviceable Nut bolt, washer etc. assembling back the complete pump and fixing alignment to the original position and coupling with pump, complete all as specified.

Taking down the defective pump set of capacity 50HP, by disconnecting connections, removing the motor from bed, transporting to workshop, dismantling the burnt out winding from rotor/ stator and rewinding the rotor or stator with same type super enameled copper wire of same gauge and with necessary insulating material, varnishing, backing, re-assembling the motor completely transporting back to site and alignment with the same with connections including testing and commissioning all as specified and directed. Notes : i) Burnt out removed winding wire shall be property of contractor through schedule of credit. ii) Bearings shall be measured and paid separately.
