Name of the Work: Construction of Smoking Chambers-Cum-Collection Center for Rubber FPOs at G M Valasa (V) of G M Valasa GP in Maredumilli (M),Est.Cost.16.00 Lakhs Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification 305 MORD / 304 MORTH, including overhead charges & Contractors profit but excluding GST.

RR Masonry in CM (1:6) using new rough stone including C/C of all materials and all labour charges etc complete

Plain Cement Concrete corresponding to M15 grade as per IS 456 equivalent to (1:3:6) proportion nominal mix (cement: fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) using 40mm size Hard Blasted Granite (IS383, 1970) metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, including all operational, incidental, and labour charges such as mixing, laying and ramming concrete in layers in position not exceeding 15cm, finishing top surface, curing concrete, etc., complete for Foundations (APSS No. 402) including overhead charges & Contractors profit but excluding GST and Seigniorage charges.

Supply and placing of the M20 Grade (1:2:4) Nominal Mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using MIXER with 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (fine sand (unscreened) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including Seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402) with minimum cement content as per IS code from standard suppliers approved by the department including pumping, steel centering, shuttering, laying concrete, vibrating, curing etc. complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work.including overhead charges & Contractors profit but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges,GST and Seigniorage charges for finished item of work.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD (Fe500) bar reinforcement complete as per drawings and technical specifications for Bars below 36 mm dia including over laps and wastage, where they are not welded, cutting, bending to required size and shapes placing in position with cover blocks of approved size and binding wire of 20 SWG forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings including cost and conveyance of bars from approroved sources to site of work with all taxes, including cost of binding wire, cover blocks, chains, overlaps, spacess dowels wastage etc., and all operational charges adn all labour chareges etc.,compete for finished item of work.

Masonry work in CM (1:6) prop with Flyash Cement solid blocks of size 290x200x140 mm for manufacturing of flyash solid blocks using flyash of 80 kgs,cement of 1 kg. Gypsum of 5 kgs. and stone dust including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site, including seignorage charges, sales and other taxes on all materials and all operational, incidental and labour charges such as mixing cement mortar, curing scafolding charges, constructing masonary, lift charges, curing etc., complete for finished item of work including overhead charges & Contractors profit but excluding GST and Seigniorage charges for finished item of work for Basement

Brick masonry 230 mm thick for panel walls in superstructure with CM (1:6) proportion using II nd class bricks of size 23x11x7 cm from approved source having crushing strength not less than 35kg/sqcm including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine sand(unscreened), bricks, water etc., to site , including seignorage charges, sales and other taxes on all materials and all operational, incidental and labour charges such as mixing cement mortar, curing scafolding charges, constructing masonary, lift charges, curing etc., complete for finished item of work complete. including overhead charges & Contractors profit but excluding GST and Seigniorage charges for superstructure.

Plastering with CM (1:5) to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges,mixing mortar, scaffolding, lift charges, curring etc.,for finished item of work.

Supply and fixing of Galvanized steel tubes & Pipes of all diameter as per IS-1161 including fabrication and fixing including cost and conveyance of all materials all labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work

Roofing : Roofing will be provided with 0.5mm thick galvanized/pre painted G.I profile sheets fixed to the purlins with 14 size self drilling screws with neoprene washer side laps are stitched with self self tapping/drilling screws. End laps are to be sealed with 25x3 mm butyl tape. the sheets are provided with anti capillary grove

Cost, supply and fixing of Welded Iron gate using M S Flat, squares etc., including cutting, welding, and fixing charges etc.,complete.-1 Kg

Painting to new walls with 2 coats of plastic emulsion paint over a priamry coat of water based Cement Primer Interior Grade of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for internal walls

Painting to New Iron work with two coats of ready mixed first quality synthetic enamel paint of approved brand over primary coat of red oxide after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials,cost of brushes, water to site, etc, and labour charges,curing etc., complete for finished item of work.

Supplying and fixing of false ceiling using Plaster of paris Boards 12 mm thick with standard GI ceiling angles, sections perimeter channels including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc complete BMT-M.51
