Surface dressing of the ground in Soft / Loose soil including removing vegetations and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete.

Supplying of EX-200 Excavator at site of work for excavation / levelling and removing debris etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-charge with fuel, operator charges, incidental charges, hire charges and transporting the equipment to the site of work. Removing C.C. Blocks in pavements carefully without damaging the blocks and reuse the same wherever necessary including removing the mortar joints around block and stacking them within a lead of 50 m. as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete.

Providing,laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix macadam as per specification including premixing the material with water at OMC ,mechanical mix plant,carriage of mixed material by tipper to site,laying in uniform layer with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density etc,. as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete, All labour and material (Ref. page no 110 of SR NO.4.12/406 of Standard data book of MORTH specifactions for road and bridge works.).

Providing Dry Lean Cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix (using 220 kg. of cement per m3 of finished concrete) using 20 mm graded granite metal of approved quality as coarse aggregate and river sand as fine aggregate including mixing, depositing in position and spreading in layers, compaction with power roller, finishing, curing etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials (W/C ratio shall be finalized by trial rolling at field, well in advance).

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement pavement quality concrete (PQC) M-35 mix over a prepared sub base with apporved grade of cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, curing compound, admixture for workability, crystalline admixture for durability, finishing to lines and grades etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete. M 30 mix for R.C.C. piles, water tank walls and similar types of works using 20mm graded granite metal of approved quality as coarse aggregate and river sand as fine aggregate including mixing, depositing in position, vibrating, finishing, curing, cost of super plasticizer etc., including necessary shuttering etc., as required and s directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials, but excluding cost of reinforcement.

R.C.C M 30 mix in pre cast slabs, fencing posts etc., using 20mm graded granite metal of approved quality as coarse aggregate and river sand as fine aggregate including mixing, depositing in position, tamping, finishing, curing, cost of super plasticizer etc., including necessary shuttering etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer in charge complete. All labour and materials, but excluding cost of reinforcement.

Supplying, placing and maintaining in position ribbed tor steel or mild steel reinforcing bars varying from 6mm to 40 mm dia. including straightening, cutting, bending, tying grills with annealed steel binding wire of 18 guage (1.22mm dia.) including cost of binding wire, transportation to site etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. Plastering to concrete surface with CM 1:3 (1 cement: 3 sand) of thickness not exceeding 6mm using 25.5 kg of cement and 0.05 m3 of sand per 10m2 smooth and even finishing, cleaning the surface, hacking and roughening the concrete surface, curing etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. Painting priming coat to walls and ceiling surface with approved liquid cement primer including cleaning the surface, scraping the surface and washing with soap water as required etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer in Charge complete. All labour and materials.

SIGNAGE SYSTEM Supplying and fixing road signage fixtures (as per IRC standards and specifications) on finished black top/PQC surface and road kerbs including sign boards etc., as required and as directed by Engineer in charge complete. All labour and materials.
