Strenghthening the road Ariyur Paramathi Dharapuram Road to (Kurumbankadu ) Kunjampatti Km 0/150-1/4 (Waste Plastic)

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201.

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank within initial lead and lift in hard gravelly soil for Cutting sidedrain etc, complete. as per SS20 A

Providing and Laying Gravel Soling to compacted thick including cost & conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by Power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction at optimum moisture content and hire & fuel charges for power roller , water sprinkler and all other incidental charges such as traffic barricading and providing danger lights etc, complete.

Construction of granular subbase by providing well graded material 25mm to 4.75 mm IRC HBG metal @65%4.75 to 2.36mmIRC HBG metal @15 %spreading uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 Kn capacity and finished in accordance with the requirement of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the engineer

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Applying PRIMECOAT over WMB/ WMM surface at 7.00Kg of SS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. Comp.

Applying TACK COAT over Primed WBM surface at 2.5Kg of RS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. Comp.

Providing and laying open graded premix carpet of 20 mm compacted thick using 0.18cum of 13.20 mm IRC size HBG machine crushed chips and 0.09 cum of 11.20 mm IRC HBG machine crushed chips with 14.6 Kg of bitumen for 10 sqm of premix carpet including laying of seal coat type ‘A’ over the premix carpet using 0.09 cum of 6.7mm IRC size HBG machine crushed chips with 9.8 Kg of bitumen per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of chips and stacking them to departmental gauge for pre-measurements including cost of bitumen which will be supplied by the department at departmental section stores and its cost will be recovered as per special condition appended including heating the bitumen and metal mixing the materials in mini hot mix plant for premix carpet including spreading the same and finishing and compacting the same by power rolling to the specified lines and grades including all labour charges application of bitumen for seal coat over the premix carpet and spreading the seal coat and power roller rolling seperately as per MoRT&H specification 509 and 513 (III revision) including all labour charges hire and fuel charges for Central mix plant power roller 80 – 100 KN capacity and all other tools and plants employed therefore etc., complete.(Paver finishing using Waste Plastic)

Earth work excavation for foundation in all clauses of soils and subsoils to full depth may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and whenever necessary of complete complying with standard specification

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm gauge hand broken granite jelly for foundation including dewatering if necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted etc., complte complying with standard specification.

Suppling and erecting centering for sides centering for soffits of plane surface for ground level strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm complyig with standard specification.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 mix using 40mm gauge hand broken granite jelly for foundation including dewatering if necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted etc., complte complying with standard specification.

Providing and applying primer coat with cationic bitumen emulsion(water based) modified with Nanotechnology based Penetrative Reactive Water-soluble Organosilane material (forming water clear solution) qualifying as per the test, on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and prime coat-mix made using 100 part Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (Grade CSS-1) and 200 parts of Nanotechnology Solution (1 kg Terraprime :200 liter water (≤1000ppm TDS) and spraying at the rate of 1.35 Kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification.

Providing and applying tack-coat with cationic bitumen emulsion (CRS-1) in mixing ratio of 0.014 part Nanotechnology based Penetrative Reactive Water-soluble Organosilane material (forming water clear solution) : 1 part water (<1000 ppm TDS) : 1 part cationic bitumen emulsion and spraying using emulsion distributor at the rate of 1.2 times of conventional spray rate 0.275 Kg per sqm (i.e 0.33 kg/sqm) on the prepared new bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 .(ref:Mord pg.no 5-4)

Providing, laying and rolling of 20mm thick open-graded Premix Carpet using Bituminous (penetration grade/modified bitumen) Binder with Nanotechnology based Organosilane Reactive Aggregate modifier material qualifying as per the test at the rate of 1 Kg per 1 ton of Binder. Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade or emulsion grade with Nanotechnology based material to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508.
