| 1Servicing of Diesel Engine Generating sets of different rating as is carried out as schedule given under :- B-Check :- (i) Change lubricating oil (ii) Clean lubricating oil filters (iii) Change fuel filters (iv) Change coolant (v) Check engine wiring for damage (vi) Drain fuel supply tank (vii) Change by pass lubricant filters (viii) Change air filters (ix) Check oil pressure (x) Change fuel water separator C-Check :- (i) Adjust valves (ii) Steam clean engine (iii) Replace hoses as reqd (iv) Check turbo charger mounting nuts (v) Check engine heater (vi) Clean radiator (vii) Inspect following parts & replace as required (Alternator, starter etc) (viii) Clean fuel tank from inside (ix) Change engine oil (x) Servicing of DG set will be done by Authorised dealer of Kirloskar/Cummins only. Note : (i) Maintenance of Diesel Gen Set as per maintenance schedule chart. (ii) Schedule of service, Diesel Gen Set M/C No wise is attached in PS. (iii) B-Check and C-Check spare parts will be done by Authorised dealer of Kirloskar/Cummins only. (iv) B-Check of DG set items i.e item no. 1.1 to 1.09 | |||||
