Providing and fitting of 5mm thick toughened new glass panes having dimensions as per available sample by way of extraction of damaged panes from the frames. Fixing of new glass panes using cutting tools and adhesive tubes for fixing purposes. The job is to be carried out at site by skilled technicians of the concerned field including tools and tackles as per below: A. Ex-70-7531: I. Right back side cabin 800 x 1050mm II. Front side lower 826 x 600mm B. Ex-70-7532: I. Front glass 625 x 625mm II. Right side glass 775 x 600mm
Providing and fitting of 02 No. new over flow coolant bottles to both the excavators Ex-70-7531 and Ex-70-7532 along with PVC radiator pipes from radiator to coolant overflow bottles.
Providing and fitting of new engine 12 volt key type starting switch in place of the damaged one as per old sample to Ex -70-7531. The job is to be executed by an expert electrician at site. The job also includes repairs to the damaged electrical wiring by way of tapping and replacement of damaged wires wherever required. Testing the whole electrical system after repairs and replacement of damaged wires.
Repairs to 12 volt self-starter of 7532 by way of removing from the system, extraction and replacement of below mentioned worn out parts. 01) ST drive assembly 02) Solenoid Switch (01 No.) The job includes charges on account of labour for dismantling and fitment of new spares thereof by highly expert of the job. The job is inclusive of complete servicing of the self-assembly.
