Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soils by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator ) / Manual means over area (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.50m in width as well as 10Sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.50m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed.

Cleanning of site for laying of cement concrete in or under water and /or liquid mud including bailing out of water and removing slush etc as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing & Laying of LDPE film(250micron,5.80m wide x50m long) confirming to IS 2508 revised 1984 or its latest amendments, on the side slopes of ring bund in submerged area including cost of all materials.

Providing & Filling of empty cement bags with locally available silt/sand including sewing, stacking, loading, unloading, transportation, placing in position etc complete.

Dewatering by electric Pump.

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 25 mm avarage thickness.

Providing mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete in all respect. Epoxy bonding adhesive having coverage of 2.20 Sqm/Kg of approved make i.e Sikadur-32 LP Epoxy resins bonding agent.

Centring & shuttering including struting and proping etc and removal of form work for foundation & bases of columns.

Drilling 32mm dia holes 500mm deep in old concrete 1m C/C staggered.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Preparing and pouring of epoxy primer in drill holes as per directions of Engineer-in-charge including cost of all materials.

Providing and laying high performance concrete of given design mix of M-65/A20 grade including cost of cement, admixtures & Silica fumes in recommended proportions to accelerate/retard setting of concrete but excluding cost of centring & shuttering & reinforcement as per directions of engineer-in charge.
