Glazed coloured tiles of size 300x200x7mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match and including 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) complete, all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, type B-0, using 12.5mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in floors, 25mm thick, surface finished even and fair to receive top surface, all as specified.

Machine cut kota stone slab 14-16 mm thick as per sample kept in GE’s office, as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado/riser to steps laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab, laid over and including 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish complete, all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided, including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km, all as specified and as directed.
