Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Providing beldar service for 8 hours service in a day or part as per requirement to carry out the works as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing weep hole with 75 mm PVC pipe (pressure 6 kg/sqcm in proper slope).

Plum concrete with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) M-20 with Boulders 50 mm to 200 mm Size.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete.
