Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out in soft/loose soil & removing surplus soil material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr & making good surface complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 ,type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations,filling & mass concrete for fencing posts, foundation of pole ,struts & stay assembly etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fly ash Brick work with using sub class "B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard dense soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope /gradient for laying cables /pipes ,foundations, laying of cable,shafts, well,cesspits, manholes etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of not exceeding 25 cm thick after the cables & pipes etc. are laid, jointed & tested and foundations complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus excavated soil exceeding 250 Mtr but not exceeding 500 Mtr distance and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

S&F roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries ,rail,rafter, heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) distance pieces, cleats,fastening including fabrication and fixing conforming to Fe-410-W(Gde E-250) quality-A complete all as specified & directed. Note: Drawing & design shall be approved by GE.

M&L for framed work as in doors or gates of angles or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc, complete frilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing conforming to grade Fe 410-W (Gde E-250 Quality A) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepartion of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description , not otherwise described over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plaster surface wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali primer including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 ,type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in kerb /benching /copings /levelling course/window cill etc. including weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating including use & waste of necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for mild steel work as in wind tie for roof including securing bolts or weld, clamp, hold fasts, wall ties, plate washer & similar articles confirming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified & directed

S & F for 0.80 mm thick plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges,hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring & mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 50 mm thick PCC (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in floor finishing , even & smooth using extra cement including fixing of glass strip as per design as directed by Engineer-in Charge complete all as specified and directed. Note: Glass dividing Strip shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only 38 mm wide glass dividing strips,3.0mm thick inserted in position,conform to design complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20mm -25 mm thick( size not less than 575 mm X 575 mm), laid & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including grinding, rubbing & polishing over & including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specifed & directed.

M&L for with moorum/ red bajri filling under the floor not exceeding 150 mm thick spreaded, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified & directed .

M&L for point wiring for one light/fan point controlled by one way switch with using with FRLSH PVC insulated PVC unsheathed electric cable conforming to IS:694, 1100V grade AC, single core having multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq.mm nominal cross sectional area for phase & neutral and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit ISI marked medium grade not less than 20 mm dia with all conduit accessories in surface wiring system & 1.5 Sqmm green PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor as a earth wire connected to earth dolly by providing lugs including sunken type anodized pressed steel sheet terminal box made out of 1.6mm thick of suitable size, for mounting fittings/junction boxes including wooden board with bakelite sheet 2.8 mm thick laminated cover make sheet for housing/fixing switches etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note: Proper colour coding to be adopted.
