Conducting fire mock drill operation once in a month (as per the date selected by the authorities) with existing fire pumps, hydrant, sprinkler and portable extinguishers in presence of hospital securities, staffs and public and periodical inspection of fire pipe line, hydrant and sprinkler networks, thorough checking and maintenance of fire pumps and accessories through comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract including submission of report of operational readiness of entire system in case of fire emergency by providing recommendation / advice which are to be deemed fit after every periodical inspection including cost of all technical, skilled, unskilled manpower, including cost of whole arrangement, tools, plants, machineries etc. Fuel tank of diesel engine pump will always be filled with full capacity fuel at all time. Following three reports to be submitted in each month within 7 days after mock drill and / or inspection as following manners- 1. Each portable fire extinguishers (30 nos. ) are to be pressure checked every month and the report (as per Annexure-5) duly signed and sealed by the agency to be fixed on each extinguishers. A duplicate copy of the same of each extinguishers to be deposited to the office within time limit. 2. Report duly signed and sealed by the agency on periodical inspection of fire pipe line, hydrant, sprinkler networks, pumps, battery etc to be submitted in every month with the above time limit. 3. Report duly signed and sealed by the agency on mock drill with details report including attendence sheet. image and video evidence to be submitted in every month with the above time limit.
