HANDLING OF BAGASSE, FIRE WOOD

PART-A-SUGAULI-Handling of Bagasse, Fire Wood & Chemicals as per attached scope, terms & conditions of the enclosed tender document:

Handling of Bagasse, Chemicals, firewood etc. during season & off-season for 110 TPH capacity Boiler operations at integrated 3500 TCD Sugar Plant. Job includes: a) Ploughing and drying bagasse at bagasse yard and shed as required before feeding. b) Shifting & stacking of excess bagasse from bagasse chute to outside and inside bagasse shed, under BC-1 & Boiler area within 300 Meters vicinity mainly during season when there is execs generation of bagasse than boiler feeding requirement. c) Shifting & back feeding of bagasse from outside and inside bagasse shed at bagasse belt within 300 Meters vicinity as when required during season when crushing is not commensurate with the Boiler requirement due to any reason and during off-season when there is no crushing. d) Cleaning of inside & outside surrounding of belt conveyor number BC-1, BC-3, SC2, BC4, BC5, BC6 & BC7, Junction towers etc. as and when required, accumulating and shifting bagasse to bagasse yard/ shed. e) Assisting removal of chokes from bagasse feeder and conveyors. f) Housekeeping, accumulating spread bagasse in around cogen plant, and shifting the same to Bagasse shed/ yard, stacking neatly. g) Shifting of excess bagasse/ bagasse silo released from manhole at bagasse blower at Sugar Plant to Bagasse yard. h) Shifting and lifting of Fire wood from plant premises to the Boiler Furnace whenever light up of Boiler. i) Shifting of chemicals by tractor trolley from General godown to DM plant and cooling tower and suitable dosing as directed & shifting of empty container to ware house. Assisting WTP operator & fitter in chemical dosing, sampling and other handling during the shifts. j) Any other job related with bagasse, chemical handling inside the plant as directed by Shift-in-charge. Operations will be in 3 shifts (Round O’clock) for entire week of 7 days including Sunday and Holidays. Contractor shall quote Lump sum on Per day basis. Minimum 6 Labors including supervisor should be in each shift & it may be increased up to 9 manpower as per requirement. Above jobs envisage minimum three front loading pushers per shift, one roadworthy hydraulic tractor trolley or JCB per day. Contractor may have to increase the numbers/resources if found inadequate at any point of time without any extra cost. Payment will be made on job basis as indicated above. Supervisor will not be counted as labour.

Job includes a) Ploughing and drying bagasse at bagasse yard and shed as required before feeding. b) Shifting & stacking of excess bagasse from bagasse chute to outside and inside bagasse shed within 300 Meters vicinity mainly during season when there is execs generation of bagasse than boiler feeding requirement. c) Shifting & back feeding of bagasse/rice husk from outside and inside bagasse shed at bagasse belt within 300 Meters vicinity as when required during season when crushing is not commensurate with the Boiler requirement due to any reason and during off-season when there is no crushing. d) Cleaning of inside & outside surrounding of belt conveyor number BC-2, BC-3, SC4, BC5, BC6, BC7 & BC8, Junction towers etc. as and when required, accumulating and shifting bagasse to bagasse yard/ shed. e) Assisting removal of chokes from bagasse feeder and conveyors. g) Housekeeping, accumulating spread bagasse in around cogen plant, and shifting the same to Bagasse shed/ yard, stacking neatly. h) Shifting of excess bagasse/ bagasse silo released from manhole at bagasse blower at Sugar Plant to Bagasse yard. i) Shifting of Fire wood within plant premises and from ground to grate travel of Boiler whenever light up of Boiler. j) Shifting of chemicals by tractor trolley from General godown to DM plant and cooling tower and suitable dosing as directed & shifting of empty container to ware house. Assisting WTP operator & fitter in chemical dosing, sampling and other handling during the shifts. k) Any other job related with bagasse, chemical handling inside the plant as directed by Shift-in-charge. Contractor may have to increase the numbers/resources if found inadequate at any point of time without any extra cost. Payment will be made on job basis as indicated above. Supervisor will be not counted as labour.
