Supplying and fixing flush doors with 32mm block board and 6mm glass as per design and specification finished with 1.00 mm lamination on both sides, the width of the door 75cm/90cm. Use ISI. Supplying and fixing plywood shelves 45 CM WIDTH provide, hinges, and 8" concealed handles with multi-lock using 19mm block board for the door. Finished with 1mm lamination on both sides. NOTE: The Electrical Wiring inside the Strong Room should be in a CONDUIT and POWER CUT OFF SYSTEM either AUTO / MANUAL PLUG SYSTEM drawing power only from the Limit Switch in case of "Auto Power Cut Off System" is provided in the Door OR from the FEEDER BOX fitted outside the Strong Room (near the door) in case of Manual Plug System. The MANUAL PLUG SYSTEM OF POWER CUT OFF should be such that the connecting cable passes through the Strong Room Defender Door from inside to outside, which should be accessible only after opening the S.R. door (thus ensuring that the door can not be closed without removing the plug + wire and hence total power inside the Strong Room is cut off leaving no chances of fire resulting from an Electrical source / High Voltage / Surging even with the Switches in Off position). Inverter & KSEB Power inside strong room should be provided through two separate plug and socket arrangements. H -1 Ton A/C Point - Supplying all materials and fixing modular type 20 A power plug point with 20A 3 pin socket controlled with 20 A DP modular switch with moulded front plate, housed in a suitable factory built MS box using 4 sqmm 1100 V, FRLS PVC insulated stranded Copper conductor and earthing with 4 sqmm green Cu wire continously run through 25 mm PVC conduit as per IS giving inter connection etc complete as required.(AC point) the switch shall be fixed at a height of 120 cm from finished floor level .
